Hitting mat

I have a launch monitor and have been using my hitting mat for 3 years now but it’s falling apart. What mat do you guys suggest? I want a one piece mat. No insert or holes for tees. One piece for durability because all the inserts do is cause tears down the road. What yall got?

Building a house at the end of next year

Currently have 1.5 acres that I financed and we plan to build on this property. I can use the equity on my land as down payment and I know that it takes around 20% down payment to build a house. I need to start gathering information and getting a plan of attack on this project because it's starting to stress me out. As of right now, I think a good total square footage for us is around 2200-2500 because we have no kids and it's just the 2 of us, but we want this to be our forever home. I have around 30k in cash and plan to save more until we sign a construction loan. I'm hoping to put down around 60k along with the equity on the land as down payment. I'm also hoping to have around 20k for furniture and what not. What are the breakdown of the numbers and what's the current price per square foot? We don't want to build something and then later down the road have regret on it not being what we want.
We want 3 bed 2 baths. Open floor plan for the living. We want to walk into a mud room with spacious laundry room. We want the kitchen and dining facing the living room and to have an entertainment area out back.
Any help and direction on this would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to be house broke. TIA

With all the cold weather in the south my temperature is stuck on my truck to 19 degrees and now my AC will not blow cold. It has heated up a bunch since this morning and it is clearly not 19 degrees. Is there anyway I can clean this sensor because I suspect it might have a piece of ice stuck to it or be dirty. Also, how do I replace it? TIA

I'm headed up north Friday and I found a good bit of private land next to public. I plan to ask the homeowners/property owners for permission to hunt. What are some key things to say and ask while doing so? What is the proper etiquette to do this? Any help and direction is appreciated.

Looking at getting a new truck

I have a 2013 Ford F-150 with 156,000 miles. I also have a work truck so I barely use my personal one. I was told that by 175,000 they lose all of their value. So before I'm left on the side of the road and my truck loses all of its value. I am wanting to get a new one. No truck note, house note. I have a small amount of student loans about 30k. I have 32k in the bank cash. I also have a 60k land loan I just got into in April that we plan to build a house on in about 2 years when the SO gets out of nursing school.
Would this be a bad move and put me back significantly in building a home down the road? I need help.

These things have taken the next step. They can switch between carriers looking for the best signal and now have an onboard SD card so no fighting with that anymore. Now I'm looking for a tree mount that can swivel in all directions. What are y'all using?
