re: IPTV how to
Posted by zeto on 11/14/25 at 9:04 am to touchdownjeebus
I just like to see what else is out there. I've been using this particular one for about 6 months. I used to use the public ones that are like $30 for the year, but the EPG on those are usually terrible, and sometimes they work well, but other times they buffer like crazy. Just not worth it.
I also care about picture quality (higher bitrates, etc..), so I wanted to see how this compared is all.

I will say, the CW dude interrogated me and really doesn't want you subscribing. He told me maybe his service isn't for me. And it's way more expensive than most services.....$25 initiation fee and $25 / mo
Same thing happened with me. I was wanting to just try it out for a day, but he said they don't offer a trial.
The server I use has been incredible, and I get 5 connections for $140/yr.

My advice, just ask them. They are pretty straight forward. Some on here are already using them, so ask their experience.
They aren’t the cheapest, but I’ve had them for years and their shite just works. If it doesn’t, they fix it or refund you.
I am interested in trying it out if you could send an invite.

Yep, having issues downtown today.
Having issues as well. Noticed it this morning when getting around the downtown area.
Look into IPTV Boss. It can be a little bit of a learning curve.
Does your provider provide an EPG? Do any channels show guide info or they are all blank?

How many concurrent streams are allowed? My biggest issue with IPT is it limits to two
Mine allows up to 5

Selling 4 in section 305, Row 17 all together. Tickets are printed tickets, so if interested, I can meet up on campus. I will be heading out there in the next hour
OP is right. This shite has pissed me off for 10+ years. BRSC needs some changes or people, including myself, need to stop giving them money.

Heading to Chicago later this month with my gf. Going back through this thread as it's excellent! Staying at the Langham and can't wait.
For a day game at Wrigley, what would the best area to sit be if I wanted a little shade?

Issues are still persistent in the downtown area, and this morning has been especially bad. Anybody else?
I will try calling and opening a network ticket.

Pinch a Penny is about the same price. I'd love to find it cheaper as well.

Exponentially better at moving traffic sure, but wait'll you see the amount of people exiting there headed to Highland Road and Burbank starting at 4pm. Those 2 lane roads ain't ready for it.
Isn't there something on the roadmap for the Highland/Siegen intersection? I will see if I can find it.

You need a proper test kit, strips and pool store are useless. I use the TF-100 for my pool.
First thing first, test kit
Get your ph between 7.2-7.6
Get your CYA where it needs to be, it can be higher than a traditional chlorine pool in support of the SWG.
Once those numbers are good you need to start the SLAM process.
Home depot/Walmart will have 1 gallon jugs of 10% liquid chlorine. Keep your chlorine at SLAM level until you can pass the overnight chlorine test.
Work the SWG issues in parallel.
This is the best advice I have seen. In addition to this, as others have mentioned, clean your main filter if you haven't done that recently. I am assuming it's a cartridge filter?

People that drive 12 are the cause of Baton Rouge traffic. I’m glad they finally feel the pain a little. How’s that $20,000/year saving on school tuition feel now?
What a dumb post. Haha

I finally got it working with gmail. It shows the rescheduled game with Nicholls on Monday, but it hasn't reflected the new times for this weekend's games. Hopefully that will update at some point today.

Phone or computer? iPhone? Pre-apologies for asking maybe a question you've already checked on:
Have you checked the box for the subscribed calendar in your calendar parameters?
Computer. I have checked the box, made sure sync was toggled on, etc..
I may try subscribing directly from my phone.
