Multiple, if close say Central and South America you can fit three to four trips a year. If far away I would only do two trips. Ours are in April and November

That second pic looks like dallisgrass is coming through. If so MSMA+MSO you will have a negative effect on the st Augustine so be careful when spraying. Sometimes I paint it on the leaf tissue if it's not a big patch
