ah classic russian, well believe it or not a large portion of what i've made is on the short side this year, part of watching and following option flows is having no bias, just follow the bigger/smarter guys than me. Best of luck on the exxon trade, you're probably gonna need some bc that dividend is going to get cut at some point soon, no prudent board can continue to payout more than they earn going on what 4 years now? I hope you have a plan B for if/when that time comes, bc holding exxon and waiting for that dividend probably isn't gonna work forever.

I didn't realize how personally you took my comment that Tesla is a speculative investment at this point. That obviously really hurt your feelings

Feelings not hurt, nothing you say bothers me believe, but it is nice to see wiki come back and remind you just how wrong you were on bitcoin to the tune of like 200x price appreciation from where you said it was a joke. Hey me and the guys from the money board have been destroying the market in our slack chat, literally destroying it, we've got a handful of guys who are in there selling puts, buying calls, making over 100% this year.

You guys can have the money board, I've extracted all the talent that was on there anyways, they're all in our chat.

He just couldn't grasp Bitcoin.

Russian can't think outside the box in terms of investing yet he spews his constant mockery of anyone who questions anything. The guy has been balls deep in exxon the last 5 years of this bull market, his biggest position he says over and over, yet its negative over that timeframe and on the cusp of cutting their dividend while tons and tons of money was made in various sectors that he laughed at. Part of being an astute investor is having the ability to adjust on the fly. I used to post on the money board but too many guys in there couldn't think outside the box, glad i was able to get together with some of the bright minds on there and form a slack where we bounce ideas, option flows, etc and all of us who left the money board are up over 100% this year how about that? Amazing what can be done when smart people work together, russian just kept mocking everyone and everyone with intelligent stock/investment discussion left the money board and is in our chat now all day long.
what other wild and crazy stuff did you and the boys do at summer camp besides not brushing your teeth?

I do wonder whether his arm strength is a concern.

Armchair quarterbacks need to chill out, they said the same thing about deshaun watson and then i saw him throw it 60 yards in the air, on a rope at seattle for a td. How many teams missed out deshaun watson bc of "concerns" about whatever nonsense. when guys are gamers, they're gamers, they just have that it factor and baker has it. I think he's too immature and that may be his downfall, but football wise, the guy is a gamer.
It takes way less time than anyone on this board would have you believe.
Realistically right now of our prospects, I assume only Tucker is untouchable, the rest of our guys, if we wanted to add a Brad Hand what would we have to trade?

Also what about a guy like Jeurys Familia who stumbled last year and could be had for cheap now that the mets have aj ramos. Or what about a project like Carter Capps who alot thought was gonna dominate as the padre closer last year till injuries hit. What would it take to fetch a familia or a carter capps. I think those are 2 guys you can buy low and see what happens. Even Kelvin Herrera same thing.....

Way to stay classy...

Our crime rate soared at the same katrina refugees began pouring in, saying the truth isn't classy anymore? ok
LOL these pels fans are so salty, its amazing how we take all of new orleans garbage like eric gordon and ryno and it turns into treasure in houston. I wish the same could be said about the katrina gangsters we took in from new orleans but alas houston can't work magic on everything new orleans discards.
Hey I got an expensive lifestyle that doesn't pay for itself ya feel me?
who gives a shite about this ugly kid or his racist mom, i hope they both get made fun of

re: Best fit for LBJ next season?

Spurs are the best fit for Lebron, him and coach pop are the 2 biggest pansy SJW's in the whole league, they could really develop a chemistry on and off the court. Plus I would love to see whole lot of inside the NBA San Antonio coverage with charles barkley constantly reminding us how fat the women are in winston country

He wanted to be on the Rockets. Everyone was making fun of the Rockets because they had Ryno and OKC "fleeced" NYK and IND for PG and Melo. Now who's laughing? OKC got GREAT deals, yet here they are.

OKC wont ever win anything westbrook, nobody will win with westbrick, he is just a black hole in crunch time and just doesn't understand probabilities. KD was 7 ft tall and a 50/40/90 shooter yet westbrook who was a mediocre shooter from the field and 3 point land wanted to take all the shots in crunch time. The guy is just a bonehead nothing more. I've said this on here for years, add Melo and PG wasn't gonna change westbricks mentality.
id say 74% from 3 point land in the first half has to be a franchise record for the pels if I had to guess and even with a remarkable 14 3 balls made at an insane clip, they're still down, so I would say its one of the best halves in pels history.
boom after watching this half, these bums in new orleans would be lucky if we even pick up the phone when they start the fire sale and offer either cousins or davis for capela, this guy is looking like a future hall of famer more and more every night out.
someone is rattled, its ok, the Pelicans showed tonight that they can play at an unbelievably elite level, but even at that level, the rockets still lead at halftime....
LOL pels literally playing their best game in franchise history shooting 78% from 3 point land and 65% from the field and the rockets are still up by 1 point

dont go bringing us in to this. we are perfectly fine watching from the sidelines as these creatures fling poop at each other tonight.

Winston, you think the spurs since they're winning without kawhi would be interested in a kawhi and 2 firsts swap for capela? :doublebird:

I don’t think we are resigning Keuchel regardless

Who knows how bad this ankle thing is. What if its really bad and he struggles next year, nobody is gonna throw $30m/year at a 31 year old coming off an injury plagued season, it could actually work out in our favor if he's not healthy next year. I think Dallas is gonna age well bc he's not a power pitcher, Glavine was ok late into his career.
Playoff Yu is on par with regular season gregerson, we dont need that, we've got 4 good starters already, we need pen help. Remember when we had dotel-lidge-wagner and it was over in the 6th if we had a lead? We need that again, our bats are gonna score, we just cant have a bullpen blowing leads every game in the playoffs again.
