Yeah the kid from LA who worked and would bleed for this shite.

Not some senior transfer from fricking Utah valley or Puerto Rico

he was good at wofford.
one of the players said last year that the team didn't have much of a team aspect. Johnson proceeded to bring in another bunch of mercenaries.

everybody thinks Tanks and Skenes won that CWS. it wasn't. it was Pearson, Dugas, Beloso, Milazzo, Morgan, etc.

Louisiana kids who are gonna die for the uniform. I'm not saying transfers aren't important but way too much of the team is transfers every year.

If he had been in the lines is he allowed to throw his arm into the fielder's glove in what is clearly not a normal running motion?

Ok but you can't throw your arm over your head into the first baseman's glove when he's trying to catch the ball

Chalk is not relevant

When the runner's fricking arm is straight into the glove above his head

Josh Jordan is an arse 3rd base coach
Had a horrible experience with C&M Mandeville literally yesterday. Would not recommend.
quote:

- 4 ace caliber pitchers (Skenes, Holman, Eyanson, Jump) - 2 of the best hitters in the country (Berry, White) - 2 starting catchers (McManus, Hernandez) - 4 major bullpen pieces (Reyzelmen, Cooper, Collins, Ack) - 2 elite closers (Gervase, Cowan) - 3 good SEC players (Dickinson, Stanfield, Braswell) - 1 starter of a CWS final (Hurd)

Hurd had an elite 3 week run in 2022 and was average at best the rest of his time at LSU.

Nobody remembers or cares that Jacob Berry or Tyler McManus played here so mentioning them is laughable.

Bryce Collins had a 9.18 ERA his last year at LSU. Reyzelman went 1-3 with a 4.04 ERA. Hardly elite bullpen pitching.

Gervase was so elite a closer his only recognition at LSU was 2022 LSWA 2nd-team All-Louisiana. Cowan is still playing.

Dickinson, Braswell and Stanfield are all good players at best. Hernandez is hitting .269 for the year and is splitting time with a freshman.

Jump went 6-2 with a 3.47 ERA. He was good, not great.

Let’s ignore the fact we’ve had 2 CGs this year for the first time in forever. How does that jive with wasting pitches?

It required like 200 pitches or something from Anderson and Eyanson threw 121.
Eyanson was great yesterday. Holman and Jump were ok last year but neither blew me away.

I don't think I've heard Yamin's name all season. Dickinson started hot and has cooled off considerably. Priester doesn't play. Mayers doesn't pitch in SEC play. Loer didn't pitch important innings last year. Bingham added nothing. Kade Woods has added nothing.
Portal kings every year except they all suck except Skenes and White

man I saw you post this on reddit and I'm so jealous. I collect setlists and I was hot after this one and I saw them hand it to you. Congrats!

would be nice to have some different approaches at the plate

He's not going to fire himself as hitting coach

re: Lacy lawyer interview

He got into an argument with his sister, shot a gun into the ground, ran away from the cops and killed himself months after getting a man killed by driving recklessly months after he cost his team a win by pretending to shoot an opposing player with a shotgun.

It wasn't the social media that did Kyren Lacy in.

If the 90's never happened, you'd be sucking his dick for the run that he had LSU on from 2008 - 2017. Not winning multiple titles doesn't mean he wasted talent.

There were a lot of good players on LSU's rosters from 2011-2016 and LSU was losing regionals to Houston and Stony Brook or going 0-2 in Omaha.

The vitriol for Paul on this board because he only won one title will never not be funny to me.

He wasted a lot of talent, refused to adapt to a changing game, let the program drop, left because of an "injury", hung out around the team and program as "coach emeritus" while plotting a move to return to coaching in the conference and was kind of an a-hole the entire time he was here. It's not totally unwarranted.
