Buddy, I'm not doubting any of what you say, but as I stated earlier I am only talking about the television show and movies. I have not read any books in either series and have only looked into the more when I felt like I was really missing something on the show, so although the story of middle earth may be extraordinary, there was nothing in the 3 movies I watched the captivated me to the level of intrigue that GoT has so far. Not that I don't absolutely love Lotr because I do, but I prefer GoT.

OK I was only asking about the movie/TV show. I've read the hobbit, but have never read either asoiaf or lotr. And for the toolbags that are just saying OMFG TOLKIEN IS SOOOOOO GREAT!!! Let me suck him off! Have you even watched GoT? Imo the story is just so much more intriguing in GoT and it's not even close and I love lotr, but that plot is actually very simple and basic. Good vs. Evil. Not that there is anything wrong with that, it's just it's hard to find something in a movie or television show that truly captivates me and keeps me on the edge. I mean was there ever a time past about the middle of the fellowship to wear you didn't think frodo would succeed and aragorn would become king? There is nothing straight forward on GoT that's what makes it so great in my eyes.

I heard somewhere that some really famous sausage brand was started by a once country music singer. Jimmy dean maybe? Can anyone tell me if this is correct.

300 and gladiator had better fight scenes but I'm a sucker for swords and sandals ficks. Great movie overall though.

Haven't watched in a while is Hannibal burres still on it?

Is season 3 that bad? And will I ever figure out who the weird Asian man from the flashbacks is.
