Maybe softball rules and baseball rules are different when it comes to base running. I know that in softball the runner would have been out. I coach and umpire and Have showed this to 3 people that coach in high school and they all agree the runner should have been out.

I electronically filed on Feb 10. Simple return. How long does it normally take to be approved? I checked the states website and all it says is pending approval.

UF pitcher was inside the baseline. Runner should have been out. FSU players need to learn fundamental base running

How is the runner safe? I'm pretty sure if the runner interferes with the defensive player making a play on the ball then he should be out. He veered inside the baseline. And fwiw I don't blame the Florida 1st baseman for what he did, he was protecting his pitcher.
