And you're overrating the women's team's abilities.
Probably. Got to bring balance to the force.

Let me be clear, our men's team would kill UConn by 40 points or more.
But I'd say that less than 2% of boys HS teams could hang close.

More like Brandon Bass, Regis Koundjia, Antonio Hudson. But yes. Seen with my own eyes several times.
And everyone in this thread is overrating the capabilities of the average HS basketball team.

UConn women would get crushed by most boy's HS teams. quote: Jesus this is dumb Did you mean completely accurate?
UConn women would destroy most high school boys teams. Back in the mid 2000s I was involved with the women's basketball program, and during those times LSU (and Tennessee's) women's programs regularly scrimmaged against the men and came pretty close (within 20 a couple times with 10 minute quarters).
I know you could say that the boys werent playing full strength, and they didn't until Siemone Augustus showed up. The first scrimmage she was a part of, she embarrassed several Tiger men, and the women only lost by 11 or 12 or something like that. From then on, it was balls to the wall (get it?) and the women never got that close again, but the average win by the boys (starters) hovered around 25-30 points for a 40-minute game.

Well yeah, Etling doesn't have a strong arm so I'd imagine it's easier to catch
That doesn't have as much to do with catchability as placement and spiral do. I'd even argue that a ball thrown harder would be easier to catch to an extent.
Malachi Dupre and his drops

With all the talk of Dupre and his drops, did anybody notice whether or not he got a little more sure-handed after we made the switch at QB?
I've heard people claim that Etling throws a more catchable ball than Harris. I don't know if that's true, but I'm curious to know his drops per game for each QB. I feel like he had a couple against Ole Miss though...

Agree. The whole nega vs positive crap that has taken over this board and the rant has damn near ruined the place. I feel dumb for jumping into it this morning

That's the OP. Not sure what you see there about a handoff And the term definitely fits you and the others taking it so literally
I meant the actual original poster that kept posting in this thread. Don't be so concrete. He prefers the handoff over the toss dive. You interjected in his defense with a case he was not making himself.
I do like your use of terms you learned in your intro psych class, however...

I'm the one the who brought context to the thread lmao. You took the OP so literal, it's pointless discussing it further
How about you go back and read the posts by the OP in this very thread. He prefers the handoff to the toss dive. He does not mention playcalling predictability once. Are you just using this thread to use the term "concrete thinker" as much as possible?

I'm glad Les is gone. Stop with the assumptions, concrete thinker.

And my point was to say that being incredibly predictable isn't a good thing in competitive sports. That was the point i took from the OP.
The OP said RIP toss dive. How did you take that away? You jumped into an argument that wasn't being had.

It is some sick, twisted shite. I was a little too confident in an LSU win and that he'd be in an LSU shirt. I also told him we'd score 38 against Bama.
