My brother is BRPD, he just got off of night shift and was sleeping when this went down (thank God.) He was dressed and on his way back to work before he was even called out.
My point is... These officers aren't going to abandon their co-workers (who they consider brothers/sisters) just because shite is getting bad.

That's about the going rate around here just for the concrete. Of coarse it can be higher depending on the strength of concrete. But I would say $105-110 per CY for a patio.
