Kiffin has already signed a deal with Ole Miss and will stay at Ole Miss.

It’s either this or he hasn’t signed anything at all. That whole storyline that he’s begging to finish the season and he’s already signed with LSU… Complete bullshite. There’s no world that old miss allows him to coach another week knowing that he’s leaving and then LSU has their signed head football coach out there with another team. I’d call L K at best still up for grabs. The positive LSU smoke might be warranted with what he said, but until the ink is dry and he’s wearing purple and gold, anything can happen.

Sounds like a letter some plain Jane six who added a freshman fifteen writes to her high school sweetheart who is sniffing around better things. Bitch, don’t tell me what the best version of myself is. It’s been real and it’s been fun but only winning championships is really fun.

I found Schrödinger‘s cat:

Lane gets the most out his players.

Except for last year when half his defense was NFL and his QB was NFL rookie of the year.

Trust be told, Lane finds a way to lose a game or two he shouldn’t every year. He also find a way to win a game or two he shouldn’t. But let’s not pretend that he hasn’t wasted talent.

You see prove it deals for guys who have sucked for a few years, or have been injured. There’s nobody with consistent success that’s gonna say, let me prove to you my worth. You would have to take on an unknown project, or somebody that lost their touch like Jimbo. This is the most unrealistic idea you can come up with.

This isn’t just about wins and losses. It’s about accountability, fiscal responsibility, and making sure we don’t end up paying for another buyout disaster.

How much did you pay for it, dork?

Head coach is not paid by taxpayers, nor is the buyout.

LSU needs to consider if Key’s success isn’t too heavily influenced by the talent of Haynes King and we end up with a Curly Hallman - Brett Favre repeat

Can’t tell if this is trolling or not, but if it is, bravo. The Haynes King and Brett Favre comparison lol.

So much for small government conservatives
Yeah, I completely disagree with this take. You’re pretty much describing every team in the NFL. Nobody has like 20 young guys that are amazing on their roster, and if they do, they won’t be able to afford more than half of them. You constantly need new young up-and-comers to fill in the spaces. The problem with our roster construction is that we don’t have studs in the important places — QB, WR, DE, CB

Kayshon Boutte 6th rounder outplayed Olave in the dome last week. If you can get a third for the guy you don’t think twice. He’s often hurt and never makes the tough catch.

he went from a gimmick to an actual pro prospect. his fluid motion in space was unbelievable

Man my thoughts exactly. He looked like the best player on the field. If he’s not getting 8-10 designed looks per game and at least one end zone shot per red zone trip, we’re overthinking things.

RPO slant for an INT is an inexcusable play call / read.

Or if Olave could catch

And that was after he hesitated on the route when he turned his head instead of running it through. Half more step and that lands between his numbers. Olave is extremely overrated and yet another first round trade fail.

Dreaded “dream school” description incoming
Take out the big run in garbage time at the end of the FL game and what do ya got?

Not to be a pessimist, but sometimes data shows you something you would not otherwise see, and sometimes the eye test is really what matters. For me, the eye test is glaring. We have no rhythm, no strategy that builds on itself, a lot of 0 yard or negative yard plays, and no play action. I really think the offense is well designed when you have a quarterback that gets you 50 to 60 yards per game as running supplement, but purely for RBs as only running threat it’s really lacking.

We need to see more Berry btw. 8-10 touches per game, not 2-3.

Watched St Paul’s live and it was nasty. He just glides into open space and is gone. He’s got some Chase in his game, at least with the ball in his hands.
