Sunday it gets serious. Would love to start the year off with a trophy. Especially against City.

The reason we did not go for Alex Scott is because Bruno will be 32 around the same time MLS turns 22. He is the future.

Absurd from so called "journalists" to try and create a narrative that does not exist.

re: Colton Nussmeir to Rummel

Rummel has the best 1-2 RB combo in the state. Both will play college ball. One is committed to Tulane currently. QB was their weakest position by quite a bit.

They had to convert a WR to QB last year, a WR who will play that position at the college level. I am sure he is very happy today.

Week 1. Knox Kiffin vs Colton nussmeier at UHigh. Phenomenal matchup upcoming.
In 2020 Tommy said that LA Tech would never consider moving to the Sun Belt, because it was lower in standards according to him, and schools like UL-Lafayette should be looking to C-USA when he was AD at Tech.

6 years later LA Tech joined the Sun Belt and C-USA was a sinking ship last year and now he makes this comment.

When Cignetti beats them by 50+ again this year that comment is going to look even worse than it does today. What are you doing dude?

Vini was a pipe dream. Would have loved to have gotten him, but it is what it is. Bruno G is a phenomenal signing so that happening at the same time softens the blow.

I always found this story insane.

Chalmette HS in 2004 went 10-2. Unbeaten in District and lost in the 2nd Rd of the playoffs. Had a legit team coming back that could make a run in 2005.

Nick Saltaformaggio said something before the season about how unless something crazy happens we will be competing for a state title. Something crazy did happen and they lost their entire roster due to Katrina basically.

Bruno G and Rice midfield is phenomenal. Love that. Great signing.

Vini Jr is at DEFCON 2. The reports I’m seeing online are making me believe. But until it’s done you never know with superstars.

What alternate reality have we stumbled into? I remember five years ago melting with all of you over that Newcastle loss to make us miss out on top 4 in 21/22.

Went to the Emirates in 2018 for Chelsea at Arsenal. Incredible atmosphere and time. Really cemented it that night.

The Emirates is special in person.

Vini Jr and Bruno G news are heating up. Should be a wild next few weeks.

Girona this Saturday also for pre-season.

If Summerville going to Saudi is worth that much. Martinelli is worth 150M
Arsenal posted a video of all the returning players coming back today that haven't been at the WC.

Ben White and Timber looked healthy and both spoke about trying to get healthy for the season. Really good news there.

Rice one goal, one assist
Saka two goals
Eze assist

Arsenal players dominated that half

Tuchel starting Saka and Rice for this third place game is diabolical. Get our guys some rest!

Also the community shield is in less than 1 month. Just realized that today. August is going to be interesting with who gets minutes for us.

117 Million for a winger that had 1 goal in 12 games from late December - early March. Our fans bitch and complain when Trossard, Martinelli, or any other attacking player does that.

All for skipping on that deal. Insane numbers going around on the market right now.

re: What a choke job by England

Another side note. What in the world are the players doing?

The IQ on the field for those England players alone is astronomical. You have players from Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Man City, Arsenal, etc.

How does that collective group not realize this isn't working and try something different. You can't just listen to coach tactics 100% if you are on the field seeing that it is not working. Shame on some of those players as well.

From 330 - 4 PM yesterday Messi had my jaw on the floor.

England's prevent play had me screaming at my television. What are you doing?

Bring Saka and Rashford on to drive the ball down the field, win fouls, and relieve pressure. In a WC semifinal you play prevent defense against Argentina? England deserve to go out for that alone.
Tzolis is a great signing tbh. 17 goals and 23 assists in league play is kind of wild. I understand it is the Belgium league, but still.

I hope Arteta and Berta are watching our players drop like flies at this WC.

Saka, Saliba, and Rice all look injured and need serious rest.
Trossard sold for 20M. Not surprised since he turns 32 this year and Besiktas are going to pay him a ton of money per year.

54 goals in 129 appearances across all competitions in 3.5 years. Fantastic 2.5 years for him at Arsenal.
The guy we are about to sign will be our #2 for sure. Kepa wants real minutes.

I don't think we will see Arsenal do crazy business until the WC is over and all the pretty well named agents and players get back.
Selfishly want England and France to get knocked out immediately.

Rice, Saka, and Saliba all need rest.

Our Spanish players aren't playing so not an issue. Odeegard has had enough rest in the past two years being so hurt.
