White and Kiwior are having solid games so far. Declan Rice is class as always. 19 G/A this season is respectable.

Liverpool is trying to create a rivalry with Arsenal because they didn't have one with City. City kept spanking them, except for one year, and in the 6 years those two teams went at it, it was always a friendly rivalry.

We are a direct historical rival that Liverpool loathe. City just paid their way to the top and isn't viewed as a rival no matter how good they are.

It also doesn't help that they haven't beaten us in 3 years and I know that gets in their heads. Last 3 trips to Anfield for us were all draws, they usually don't expect that.

Time waste and get out with a point.

None of what I am watching today is unexpected lol. We clearly aren’t up for it or don’t care.

Forrest and Chelsea dropping points today was big.

The only issue is that Newcastle is 1 point behind us and comes to the emirates next week flying. That’s a problem.

I love Arteta and how he’s transformed the club, but man 5 years without a trophy hurts. No way else to put it. I’ll always back him until the end, but next year is going to be brutal pressure wise for him and the team.

The point you make about how teams play us in the PL compared to the CL could not be more spot on. I absolutely get why teams play us with a low block in the PL because if they didn't we would expose and destroy everyone. The CL is proof of that. Still sucks and hopefully Arteta can figure it out because I legit have no idea how to beat a low block in the PL where the defenders are so much bigger and physical than the CL.

4-0 away win is always nice. Making Liverpool wait another few days is also nice. Raya with another clean sheet, I believe he is 1 behind the leader for the golden gloves award, would love for him to get that for a 2nd year in a row.
