Doesn't matter. Mullen will be announced as Maryland's new coach by Monday. Deal has been done for a week.

Durkin is not coming to MD. I guarantee you that. MD officials were in Jacksonville at the CAA offices yesterday finishing this up with Mullen's agents.
I know I know. It's Maryland. But Maryland is going to pay him over $30mil over the next 6 years. Not too mention the Under Armour endorsement deal for him. Also, he's from PA. He's not a southerner. To top it off, the DMV is a much more fertile recruiting ground than Mississippi and he wouldn't be at the second best program in his state like he is at MSU. Throw in the $160 million dollar indoor football facility being built. Lots of reasons to come to MD.

I am not Sorantable. Not being a troll. Telling you the truth that Mullen will be on a plane to College Park shortly after tonight's game. Word will start to leak tonight in the national media that he is coming to Maryland. Apparently, only people in MD know that this is going on. The MD admin has kept this under wraps because the last two major hires fell apart when word started to leak to national media(Mike Leach in FB and Sean Miller in BB). Not happening this time.

I am having honest conversation about this. It really does surprise me if you guys know nothing about what is going on. MSU actually has media that care what is going on with the team. MD....Not so much

Yes, I am from Maryland originally. Quite plugged into what's going on up there. Mullen is a hell of a coach. Took a lot to get him to go to MD, but going he is. Will be announced Sunday.

He's from PA. Program has UA money behind it as well as B1G money now. Building a new football facility that will be unrivaled. Not sure why it's a weird move.

You have no idea how connected I am. I'm telling you your coach is gone on Sunday. Sure it hurts that he would leave for Maryland, but you can't outspend Under Armour in Starksville
