I'd be shocked if he played a NFL down

Ole Miss and Chancellor Vitter would like to welcome you to The Grove

the same place the ASB tried to make a sanctuary campus - and Vitter all but signed off on ( as an attempt ) as part of a healthy college experience. after phone call or two and his tune was changed.

that being said Vitter is a weird cat and there's no telling what he spent (by he I mean OM boosters) getting the Chancellor's house up to his standard of living. it went so far past budget private donations were needed to finish it.

Eric Moulds had a good career in the NFL. Most people probably never heard of him

Most people never heard of eric moulds? maybe people under 30. He played 12 years and made 3 pro bowls if they follow football at all most people would know the name
quote:

That tells that Roger went for it and played aggressively, much more than Rafa. Fed had 3x the aces as well.

that's the norm for Roger and why he's so great to watch. not surprised at the disparity in aces - when fed needs a big serve he finds it a lot of times. Nadal has improved his serve enormously but it's average at best - it was horrid for a long time

It was great to see those two war horses go at it...could be the last time in the finals of a major?

it's always possible but i kinda feel like it's their last. was part of the reason it was a must to stay up and watch this match live - possibly the last time to see these 2 in a finals. did not disappoint.
he let a few chances allude him and opportunities after this win will be increasingly rare - he could win a couple more who knows but this one has to be satisfying.
oh I almost rage quit when he got broke to open the 5th - but I didn't and fed found it when he needed it most.

they both played great but I'm so happy for Roger that he got this one. he's been so close and lost I wanted him to get that last slam he earned it. living legend.
i focused on watching and didnt read for a bit - what a match

What? Unforced errors?

another slam
quote:

frick this shite

Fed is about to quit

how fricking dare you.
Fed gonna find it again this set.
because he's almost 30 and when your game requires you to chase balls on the baseline all match your game is gonna decay with time
quality tennis - im so glad i stayed up for this
It would be apropos for this to be a 5 set slug fest - and ive stayed up all night whats another hour. these 2 have had some classics
btw do you really think djok is gonna even sniff 17 slams? surely you were bullshitting
they do! my father coached tennis and calls em pushers also. feds game is so complete - he hits an immaculate 1 hand backhand that is now a dying art.
