What’s killing NCAA football is the immediate and unlimited transfers due to the NCAA not allowing NIL to be tied to attendance at a university.
The idea that this is a result of inaction by the NCAA is silly. This is my 6th year independent. I work primarily T65’s so I’m mostly face to face because it helps retention though I do some business (referrals and xfers) over the phone. Probably 75% in person outside of AEP. It’s definitely something you can do part time and keep your day job, unlike P&C. ...
Exactly. A 10 million dollar book is generating 1.1-1.5 mill in revenue annually
But you’re netting 25-45%. So that’s like $675k on the high end, $275k on the low. And that’s at least half a dozen employees, 6 figure marketing budget, and a 5k lease. You can do that as a solo Medi...

Life, yes. Health? No. Health is renewal based just like P&C. Medicare and ACA are probably easier and quicker to make +$250k. P&C may have a higher ceiling but it’s harder and requires a lot more time and capital. You can make $250 to $500k as a health agent working out of your home. To ma...

Patriots beat the Rams 13-3. Beat the Seahawks on a pick in the endzone. Brady had all of 145 yards and 1 TD in his first Super Bowl. So, the “Mahomes has the defense to thank for this one” would take away at least half of Brady’s if applied equally....

If Brady is better than Mahomes because of “rings”, then Julian Eldmam is better than Moss. At the same point in their careers Mahomes is ahead of Brady in individual achievement and team accomplishments. And the eye test tells you there is no contest....
Seems to me if you believe the NFL is scripted you should put all your money on the Chiefs and retire comfortably. Otherwise you’re just yapping and don’t believe what you’re saying. Also, the Super Bowl is 2 days away and the only threads about the Super Bowl are about Taylor Swift. So yall ...
This isn't true at all and it keeps being repeated so it shows most people haven't bothered to even look this up. Chiefs rush defense: 25.4 apg 113.2 ypg 4.5 ypa ravens rush defense: 24.4 apg 109.4 ypg 4.5 ypa And the Chiefs played the Bills differently than the ravens. Josh can beat you wi...
It isn’t “that simple” whatsoever. First, you are making up your own definition of “cost of production”. Second, labor is subject to the same laws of supply and demand that all other goods are subject to. Low wage labor is low wage for a reason, the jobs require little to no skills, and there is a...
