Just a few weeks ago in my area(NW Missouri), a reality tv series family got caught committing insurance fraud for millions of dollars. Took monies from crop insurance losses. (Steve McBee). Farms around 15-20000 acres. He pled guilty but hasn’t been sentenced yet. But yet he is still building car washes all over the area and his family has renewed for another season on Peacock. His Facebook pops up daily with his short clips. Seems like a nice enough guy, but I can’t get over he robbed me of my tax dollars.

Red Dye. Any dyes. Dig into this. You will be astounded on what these can do to a child’s behavior. My kid has done a complete 180 since we got this under control. Kids drinks, foods, candy. Loaded with it. A pretty good FB page with parents dealing with this. For your kids sake, look into this.

Kansas City North checking in here. Freezing rain started about 2 pm. Everything has a glaze of ice on it. Lots of roads are closed due to semi truck’s getting stopped and then not being able to get started on again. They say the snow and wind arrives in the morning. Hearing close to a foot in my area. Maybe a bit less if it arrives later than they think. We are just going to ride this one out. Everyone be careful out there, no matter where you are.

My kid is allergic to red and blue dye in a big way. Actually, all the dyes trigger him some. But red dye, over the top. It is a real deal and has affected a boatload of kids I believe. We have Eliminated all we can from our household to help him. Food, drinks, shampoo , soap, toothpaste. Beware though, they are about to change the names of these dyes. At that point, we start all over again tracking down whats in each food item. There must be big money in the petroleum end of this. Seems like they are fighting awfully hard to keep it in the foods. If you have a kid with ADHD or hyperactive issues, I urge you to look into this. My wife discovered it by trial and error, and it is made a huge difference in his, and our life.

I would be lying if I said there were times I haven’t at least thought about it. Do I have the guts to go through with it? No. All I have to do is look at my little boy and my wife and see the damage that would cause them. Every Christmas I watch “ It’s A Wonderful Life”. A great story on this exact meaning. Yeah I know, it’s an old corny movie. But the message that it sends out helps me go forward again. Life is tough. I can understand how pressure can push people over the edge. I know men don’t talk about it. We probably should though.

I have a buddy of mine who lives in the Des Moines Iowa area. He said the only area that he has heard pro Harris as around the Des Moines area. Polk county. He claims after those returns come in and spike for a short time, the rest of the Trump votes will come in and negate that. I hope he’s right.
