I somewhat understand, but they had already ignored Clark's 4th foul when she smacked Reese with 2 hands and the ball went out of bounds. She was no where near the ball. Iowa couldn't defend. Your post was great on offense but she couldn't guard our posts. Your bench did not show up while your stars were sitting, ours did. Your star let it get to her head, our stars adjusted in the 2nd half! I know it's tough but that's the bottom line. Please stop defending a bonehead play. She lost it, it happens, she's a young adult, she'll be better!

Actually it was Lex's style of defense on Clark. Clark is uncomfortable going right and Lex became more aggressive making Clark cross over to her right. Diana Taurasi spoke about it on their show and LSU obviously had it in their game plan. The whole 4th quarter Clark was uncomfortable.

Yeah, she sat almost all the 2nd quarter, but when she made it to the 4th with only 2 fouls, she turned it on!

Most of the analysts are talking about how she scored 15pts in the 4th but she also limited Clark to 5pts! Once the 4th quarter came and she wasn't in foul trouble, she turned up her defense just like she did against Amoore from VT. Everyone showed up, but what Lex did in the 4th was HUGE!!! Lex is definitely a "closer!" :geauxtigers:

One of the few calls I actually understood. Clark's teammate got a "delay of game warning," (that was reported) for slapping the ball out of bounds after a made bucket. Added the fact that she did it out of frustration after a called foul, I don't see how the officials could not call that Tech! Both teams, Coaches, Players, even bench personnel were yelling at the refs and they did not give 1 Tech for the yelling. This was only because of the earlier delay of game warning.

Kiffin said it best when asked what happened he said, "They played #40 in the second half!" Also Jones wasn't starting against FSU and Campbell didn't play against Tenn.... Future is bright though!

You all just don't have any WRs and your DC didn't spy Daniels like we did Young. Crazy that Young trusts his RB more than his WRs and TE's. Bama always had at least 1 WR, even when they had mediocre QBs. That's crazy!

LA Chargers calling a Timeout vs the LV Raiders in OT, when the Raiders were willing to let the clock run out and they BOTH make it to the playoffs with a Tie! :lol:

Secondary still concerns me. Too many offensive players running wide open. We're going to have to score a lot points or our DLine is going to have to play lights out.
