My biggest knock on Daniels this year was he held on to the ball too long and didn’t throw receivers open. Nuss throws the ball for receiver to go get it. I saw JD throw a receiver open only a couple times. All in all I enjoyed watching JD outside those tendencies. They seem to show up at the most in opportune times.

From what I see on this board, and I enjoy reading here, it would not have mattered if LSU had won 60-0; there will still be whiners. I am not concerned about this team at all; go back and look at the current top teams in the SEC, GA, and Bama; when their coach first started, they were not great hell; Bama lost to ULM. So, I give the bayou Bengals credit for not quitting and continuing to fight to the last second. There were many boneheaded mistakes, which is to be expected in the first game.

I am in Shepherdsville, KY 10 miles south of Lousiville. I have been to every FB game in Lexington that the Tigers have been in since 1998. I cannot wait for this. Louisville is a great place as well not a bad drive to Lexington. The scenery with all the Horse farms From 64 to Lex through Versailles is amazing.
Never thought I would say this. I’m ashamed to be a Saints fan.

Not because of the loss but the lack of support from the dang fans. Drew Brees has been the best player for the Saints EVER. NOW he gets treated like a disease.

I am an LSU homer for sure. I was devastated when Saints didn’t get White. I know draft position but they could have had Patrick a Queen.
