Sitting on the sidelines with my fellow Flames fans. Should be a great chase for the cup, so many interesting first round matchups that really could go either way.
Peg, Avs, Vegas, LA
Ottawa, TB, Wash, Canes
Avs, Kings
TB, Canes
Avs & Canes for the Cup, Canes in 7.

That Vermont team never happens today as Sorrentine and Coppenwrath probably would have gotten an NIL bag after their first tourney appearance in 2003.
100%. Your post was why we all loved college sports and why it will probably never be the same again.

Someone go find TJ Sorrentine.

He’s coaching these days too, assistant with the Washington Wizards.

There was also flint Hill Prep in Oakton, VA back then. Dennis Scott is an alum. Stu Vetter was the coach. Randolph Childress and George Lynch also played there.
I’m an alum, class of ‘96. But by then the “Prep” had turned into “School” - FHP was in Falls Church, known as the Falcons, FHS was the Huskies, we won a state title in ‘95, that school is in Oakton.
But Flint Hill Prep was the basketball school in the 80s (couple of USA Today national championships) solely b/c of the coach, Stu Vetter. He left and started Harker Prep which had some very good teams and then he went to Montrose Christian, which Kevin Durant is an alum.

Their first draft pick is Asian - I didn't even know that was a thing.
Except he’s not Asian. Utah’s first pick is Tij Iginla, as in Calgary great Jarome Iginla’s son. His dad’s dad is Nigerian and his other three grandparents are white.

Always liked this one… What is the only state capital without a McDonald’s?

They disappeared the humanoid mascot into a giant toaster which then dispersed a separate treat
For some weird reason it reminded me of when they “froze” Han Solo in ESB.

But for those grieving I can understand.
Actually from the news report I saw on TV, just the opposite. The families of those murdered did NOT want the house razed, they wanted to keep it through the trial. It was the university and owner of the house who asked it be torn down. The police and prosecutors okayed the decision.

Interesting, I live in New England, and always figured the commercial was completely regional.

Judge Reinhold Billy Rosewood
Well this would be interesting to see them pull this off.
Kidding aside,
I wonder if we finally meet Ramon who gave Axel and possibly Maitland the Herpes Simplex 10 virus.
But what I’m really hoping for is that come present day, Axel’s 1970 crappy blue Chevy Nova became some sort of antique car and was stolen and he’s on the hunt for it.
Or, the guy driving the stolen truck of cigarettes from the Dearborn hijacking in the opening scene is paroled and teams up w/ Foley to capture a now corrupt Serge who has gone on an art embezzling scheme.
And please have a cameo by Damon Wayans peddling bananas and fruit salad on some Beverly Hills corner. That would be amazing.

D) FSU wouldn't have deserved to get in even with a healthy QB. E) Blame your conference for helping delay the 12 team playoff.
D, you have to know this is idiotic. You can’t be this dumb.
E, so you are admitting that what the committee chose is money and acted cowardly.

Bama doesn't get in without Texas also being in. Without forcing Bama in, you get: 1. TCUN 2. Washington 3. Florida State 4. Texas 5. Bama Because the committee decided to say frick everything, they didn't really have a choice.
This.
Bama and Texas, Texas and Bama were tied to one another. Committee took the easy (cowardly) way out and excluded FSU per their QB situation.
In truth, UGA has an argument, but none of us has ever seen a P5 undefeated team NOT get in the 4 team playoffs.

In Solidarity of the CFB Playoffs Snubbing

of the Noles, I hereby declare we shall change our “favorite team” logo to FSU throughout the playoffs.
*Unless you are a fan of Michigan, Washington, or Texas, that is fair and understandable. Screw the fourth team.
I present this petition on behalf of Marvin “Snoop” Minnis.
