I have 10 traps and bro in law has 5 that we run near the mouth of the Atchafalaya 2x a week. Good crabs since mid April. We started off averaging about 2 dozen keepers- we don't keep under 6 3/4". Currently up to 4 dozen or so

At some point, we have to stop the fatigue because it's obvious by now they are incapable of civil behavior
I know a guy who will sell you a 19' with a 150 for a really good price! I have fished with him out of it several times in the basin. It's a decent boat but the layout leaves a lot to be desired compared to my X19
