I know you look at this site, Fatty. You and all of your race pimps can suck start a shotgun. NBR is a cesspool and your ilk ensure it’s continued decline.

We bought the modern Adirondack chairs. Very comfortable. We also have rocking chairs on our front porch that we sit in often. No regrets. Worth every penny

Same here with A/C temps. 75 during day. 70 at night. Unit rarely runs during the day. IMO, the extra expense of radiant barrier has paid itself off already.

Worth every penny more for the radiant OSB sheeting.

Fill tank and flush. The plumbing system should be intact where the toilet drains

Pex Pipe is roughly $.11 per foot. The answer is yes. Install as many spigots as you want for next to nothing.

Fill valve. The swing in pressure in the water system somehow affects it. Try replacing the innards first before moving on to something more costly..

Risk assessments, running to failure, people in charge that made it due to saying what bosses love to hear, turnaround budgets cut to get that pat on the back-nah-I’m very familiar with XOM operations.

Exxon is a garbage company riding the coattails of its former glory.
re: Outdoor Mini Fridge for Kitchen

Bought a regular dorm fridge from Home Depot 20 years ago. Has stood up to the Louisiana heat and humidity. It is still kicking and keeps the beers icy cold. Only thing wrong at this point is the hinges are rusted and I’m afraid they’ll break soon. Best $100 I’ve spent in that period of time.
re: Shower beer or post yard mowing beer, which is more satisfying?

Post yard work. Open the Natty and admire the work completed.

I paid $2500 an acre to clear 3 years ago.

If you live in the BR area, there is a Brazos at Magnolia Beach. You can handpick lumber of all species there. Most of it is rough sewn and you would need to mill it. That’s my go to for all my projects. Currently building an Arts and Crafts style desk out of mahogany that I purchased there.

I just finished my outdoor kitchen. No permit even thought of. Plumbers work for cash. Find one and get it done.
