Taking a trip to rosemary beach for 4th of July week and would like to play a round golf. Any recommendations on public courses?

Seeing a lot of private courses as expected. Windswept Dunes looks pretty good. TIA for any recs

has anyone played tour 18? Buddy of mine mentioned playing there next weekend, seems like a cool place.

Our other option is Wildcat, not sure what condition that course is in

is it necessary to do the super sets as a super set? I'd like to start pool season, but i am seeing lifts like barbell bench super setted with barbell row. With how busy my gym is, i don't see how i'll be able to lock down a bench then find another rack to do the rows. I figure as long as you get the lifts in, it doesn't really matter if it's a super set or not.

Going to Fairhope in November and will be looking to play a round saturday morning.

Rock Creek looks like a nice course, does anyone have other suggestions in the area? TIA

I did the exact same thing last week on the RFESS press. 35 lb dumbells, went down on the first rep and felt a little pop

this may be a dumb question, but is it required to have a "max" to complete these workouts? I noticed they've got percentages next to the reps, which I assume is the percentage of your max. I haven't maxed out on lifts since high school (8 years ago).

I've kept up with this thread periodically and now think I'd like to jump in on the pool season workouts. Any info would be appreciated.
