Very true! It’s really an eye opener. But they continue to get the nicest equipment, and monetary investments that other Ouachita parish schools get overlooked for. Their new 10M indoor practice facility and sports medicine wing proves that point. Those white trash cowbell ringers are honestly a joke on this side of the river.
They did somehow manage to throw for 100 yards which is a rarity for WM. Sterlington could beat them and Ruston is going to embarrass them.

There were idiots all over this message board talking about how excited they were for the season based on a guy that played 3/4 of a decent college season at Louisville against Louisville’s schedule. Make that make sense. The Saints managed to get some wins at the end of the year against some shitty teams that did not care about winning. They cared about draft position. But the Saints and even more so they’re dumb arse fans just wanted to win games when it is obvious to anybody with any football knowledge that they are 3 to 5 years away from being average.

It is absolutely asinine that he took zero preseason snaps with the first team to establish any type of rhythm. I don’t know who made that decision, but it was not a very wise one. Now it will take him at least three games to get into a rhythm and I don’t think that people are going to love that rhythm either.

He’s supposed to be a leader and a QB one. There may have been a couple of dropped passes, but he would still be below 50% even if they weren’t. The original poster had it right. He beat some subpar teams at the end of last year that really did not care about losing, they cared about their draft position, which is something the dumbass saints didn’t.
When your quarterback is 4 of 14 passing there is no need to rig anything. This entire offense is putrid and the fact that they did not play together one single series the entire preseason is purely idiotic.
