During His presidency he really did genuinely care about people. In 2006 I had a buddy killed in Iraq, his remains were going to be delayed getting home because Bush was going to be in the area and had airspace shut down. My buddies dad called their congressman and word got back to Bush what was going on. He wasn't having any of that. He personally escorted my buddy on AF1 and had the Secret Service escort him to his parents for the funeral, also wrote them a hand written condolence letter.

Yeah but when it comes back and starts moving east who knows what's going to happen. The drilling crews T-time is like 150 hours right now. They're down hole and aren't even thinking about storm packing the well.

I've started at 262 I'm down to 238. I've got strength and muscle just hidden under all this Body Fat. So my goal is to keep lifting weights, I enjoy that but I need the cardio to burn that BF

This is probably going to be the route i have to go, I work offshore so for 2 weeks I dont have the ability to do hill sprints on hills. I was thinking tabata sprints and tabata rows, then maybe a 10 min AMRAP workout. 3 days a week. Although I'm not sure that will be enough cardio.
Does anyone have a good HIIT program?

I want to do something like that to supplement my cardio. I cant seem to find a decent program for 3-4 days a week. Something like a CrossFit style workout but is a little more consistent than that.

Hell man before I started this I can't even remotely tell you what my calorie intake was. I ate whatever TF I wanted, be it good, bad or indifferent. My diet was horrible to say the least. I've been loosing about 3-4 pounds a week until the past 2 weeks I've hit a wall. It's not coming off at the moment. I have been doing the BBB for 2 weeks now. I am not feeling any fatigue or hunger with my diet. When I'm done eating I feel full and when I wake in the morning I'm not hungry either.
Edit: now that I spell it out like that. The weight loss stopped when I started the BBB and I didn't even realize it.

I had tommy johns surgery on my right elbow. I'm 100% now. I've been hitting the gym hard for about 6 months the rest of my body is developing and gaining strength except my arms, so I wanted to blast them a few times a week to get some strength back.

My diet generally consists of 40g or less of carbs and those mainly come from Greens, about 200g of protein coming from shakes, eggs, and lean meats. Total I'm consuming 1600 calories a day. Right now I'm 5'10" and weight 237 with 25% BF, I started this process at 263 & 37%BF

I'm doing the BBB 3 month program.
My end goal is to get the BF% down it's pretty high right now I'm around 25%, build lean muscle and strength.
