Bo had great defenses in 05, 06 & 07 with a National Championship in 07.
House had a decent defense in 22, however 23 was a total disaster, House was the worst hire.

Better to be 8-4 than 6-6. The Baylor game is not bad, match-up with Aranda who we respect.
I rather us playing in a Texas Bowl at 8-4 than what Florida State and Auburn are going through with rock bottom seasons.

Better to have the Texas Bowl against Aranda in a Dome stadium in Houston than a crappy Music Ciry Bowl or Belk Bowl.
