And good gosh we finally throw the ball over the middle. We will need that. In past games the middle had been wide open numerous time but ole les was to afraid to take that chance.

My question is what do you think the best defense will be to avoid letting hurts take off on broken plays and hell, just to prevent him from taking off period? Do we play him like we played manzel in the past and just trust our db's to lock down the receivers all night?

Not getting too excited over a couple of games but if you honestly think that having a short passing game and not being so predictable doesn't give the d more to think about is just silly.

Not quite the same. Not saying that etling is all world and the savior but we had no short passing game last year at all. Not hard to just defend the run and long ball every play. Short passing to tight ends and check downs can change a whole lot. 3rd down completions and not stalking drives
Under estimating this team.

I see a lot of posters saying we don't have a chance and they see us with 4 to 5 loses. I see this team getting better every game. Yes I think we just had some bad breaks against miss st. Being that L7 fumbled twice and the insides kick. If those things don't happen we probably win by 30 and look dominate again. I feel positive that if we minimize turnovers and drive stalling penalties this team could very well be a contender for the west. Hell, just the fact that we have just a average passing stack we could could be very hard to stop. The d is getting better and special teams isn't the shite show it was last year. Only time will tell but I really feel this team is being judged on first game but a lot has changed since then in a short amount of time. Geaux Tigers!

I graduated 2000. I am actually claytons age. They lived behind me growing up for quite sometime. Played a lot of front yard ball hitting tennis balls over houses

Hey, gotta take an arse whoopin like a man. Out coached and out played. Honestly thought our online could do a little better than that but hey yalls players wanted it more that's for sure. Here's to a good rest of a season for both teams.

Not this fella, cautiously optimistic more like it. This is bama and they haven't forgot how to play great football and Saban didn't all the sudden forget how to coach.

Was just interested in other thoughts on here. I have been thinking he will play man and sell out on stopping forenette. I do believe our o-line is better than Georgia's. Just hoping he can bounce the runs outside and take advantage of the speed advantages against the linebackers. Man this is going to be a chess match. Here's to a great game.... Again

Thinking forenette will be pretty pumped to have Moore back. Confidence will be super high. Might just surprise a lot of people with the game he might have. 28 carries for 180 about like Florida. 2 tds

I would say special teams. Feel better about our secondary with mills back and white. I think that will solve some of our blown coverages. It is really going to come down to the trenches. If our o-line can get a push on yalls d-line we should be able to play well. If we can't then it will all come down to Harris. Here's to another great game. Forgot about jones too. If he can get some nice blitzes on cocker that will play a big part too creating long 3rd and forth downs

Do you think Saban stacks the box early or just relies on keeping forenette somewhat under control in first half then stacks the box in second half in hopes of stopping him all together in second half? Or do you think he stacks the box early and makes harris perform great early.
