I have zero sympathy for the cancellation of these people and their entire lifestyle simply because they CHOSE to post their lunacy in the most public ways possible. It’s not like anyone has to do anything other than look around to see their foolish and disgusting behavior.

States have more discretion on regulating obscenity. Obscenity is not protected by the 1st Amendment, and in most places, pornography would be considered obscene.
If I remember correctly the last time SCOTUS addressed porn was to yield in deference to "artistic" merit. In other words as long as the production has some kind of story to it sex is allowed. Kinda explains all the gratuitous sex in everything, comedies, drama, horror, you name it.
So, if the states define "artistic" more conservatively I can see state laws surviving challenges.

This ought to be a very interesting ruling by the DEI hire. If she can't define a woman because she's not a biologist I see no way she can be an expert on oil and gas, plus coastal erosion, and pollution, and wetlands.

What does this mean?
It means that after today my insurance doesn’t cover transportation for anything over 60 miles away. For instance, if I have a cancer that MDA in Houston can treat over the course of a year then I either figure out my own way to get there and home or I have to move to within 60 miles of the hospital.
Considering I can barely wear pants because my guts are so weak and sensitive and that I have nausea 24/7/365 that at any moment incapacitates me there is no way I can drive myself to and from distant appointments. No facility in NELA where I live has the equipment that is able to do the annual testing to prevent pancreatic cancer. The nearest place is NWLA almost 100 miles away.
When I got a wisdom tooth pulled in Tulsa the former Army dentist used gas and had it turned up so high I didn’t feel a thing. It was an out of body experience where my consciousness was hovering around the ceiling just an inch or so below the light fixtures looking down on us in the room. The office was within a mile of the house so I cut through the subdivision to get home. Arrived home still high as a kite.
When I got the last wisdom tooth cut out a decade ago in Shreveport it was at Christus Highland hospital in a surgical suite and they did unconscious sedation of a propofol mixture through back of the hand IV.
I have also had dental procedures where they did an IV drip in the elbow of Versed which is conscious sedation. The drip starts and you quickly relax by melting into the chair and then you just don’t give a damn what is going on. Most people forget or blackout the memories of the whole time but I can still quote the conversation between the dentist and his assistant that took place during the procedure.
All 3 types of sedation have led to very restful naps after getting home with versed probably the most tiring and gas the least. While propofol puts you to sleep it’s not really sleep as you never enter REM or even dream. More like getting knocked out without being hit.

I have never even considered paying for a whore. I am fortunate enough that I have enough attractiveness that women used to offer to pay me.

Have a 2 o’clock appointment with GI specialist in Shreveport today. Trying to get a referral to the local out of network GI clinic group as I just learned that insurance ride share is now limited to within 60 miles (Shreveport is 90 miles away).

Obviously the cause is an aggressive chicken big enough to kill a man while seeking a divorce lawyer to get after Jody while he storms the field at Tiger Stadium. Oh, and it’s all the fault of Boomers who don’t tip.
Time to raise the ticket prices and the parking fees and the concession prices. Make it unaffordable for trash to visit.
