re: How many lb's would you have to lose to get into *most of those old pants in your closet?

If I had my old suits I would need to put on 15-20 to fill them out now. When I was wearing them I was eating good food and drinking good liquor. Just the folks I ran with that were local and grew up on knowing all about everyone and everywhere made it easy. Like the NOLA folks who have their MG routine down pat and know all the places to be and avoid the trash kind of thing.
re: Did any of you, or your family, ever cross paths with Jerry Lee Lewis ?

Could be, dad was 1 of 10 kids who all married and had multiple children. Spread out coast to coast and island to island now a couple more generations later. All 10 kids did very well and had some generational wealth to share.
Uncle Junior was a great father, husband, uncle, everything he did was a success including his family.

re: Canned crab claw recipes?

My Aunt used to make a casserole that was crab meat, once she moved back north, from a can, that was absolutely delicious. She got the recipe in the Times Picayune back in the 70's. Mayo, butter, topped with croutons, cheddar cheese grated in/on. Had celery minced too.
Unfortunately she died of Alzheimer's and the recipe is lost to me. Hope someone sees this and can assist/remember it.

USA should drop Ukraine like molten steel, forget potatoes. Leave them to their own devices and little penis player Z can find out what war really is up close and personal.

Things do change, been 30 years since I was a big time collector. Used to average over$3.5million/month in credit card debt collected alone using an auto dialer.
Bosses wondered how I was doing it as I only actually worked calling out in the morning. Afternoon was for the background work that made the am so profitable. Calling relatives, neighbors, etc..

I used to live outside Logansport, DeSoto Parish. State line with Joaquin Texas.
Only thing not falling down is the new bridge to Texas, because the old bridge…you guessed it, fell down. LoL

Wayne went for almost 60 years so Cruise has a bit to go yet. It’s not out of reach though.

The numbers aren't randomly assigned. Historically, the first 3 digits are the regional code assigned to the geographic area where you were born. It's further broken down into smaller zones/groups within the state.
Good bill collectors know this info, helps to track down deadbeats as they tend to go back to their origins a lot and can give insight into their mindset. (West Coast vs Deep South)
Hospitals usually get their own: My grandmother, mother, aunt, and 2 sisters all had the same 1st 3 digits, born at the same place.

Newsflash- It NEVER did once we got into post WW2 politics. That's when the NWO took over behind the scenes. Gaslighting the public ever since.

The other day, we got a piece of mail sent to us in February. That little flag isn’t helping with today’s USPS.
I wonder if the postmen aren't the ones breaking the flags off. LOL
Found out in La. in is actually illegal to have a brick mailbox. Box must be on a breakaway pole technically. (couldn't sue for damages when neighbor took ours out and never paid a dime, make it a point to literally point them out and call them out to this day though, all the new neighbors know them as "the deadbeats")

After a decade or more of preaching Toxic Masculinity now the Dims want to spend $20million to say, “never mind” we need men.
Typical liberal thinking,” now that we achieved the goal, move it!”

As a former lender the standard for the entire debt industry has been 3-3.5% delinquency rate or you are not maxing out your profit by cutting opportunities. Over 3.5% and you are spending more to collect cutting profits.

We used to say “” they never paid attention much less a bill” , now that would somehow be racist even though it refers to applications not applicants.

I have told my story before but when I was off mj and got sick I went down to 92 pounds. Now that my receptors are full constantly I am back up to 140.
Science is still in its infancy understanding the roles cannabinoid plays in health. I don’t get high because I am full 24/7/365 now. Once the receptors are occupied they no longer trigger “high”.

If no, they knew the risks. I say, let them crash.
Only move the victims out of the road so other drivers doing normal driving don't suffer car damage. Leave the "victims" to rot on the roadside, organic fertilizer style.

Wow, it seems like Boomers didn’t do a good job setting up a successful education system and left an entire generation of young people ignorant!
The behavior and ignorance of the younger generation in a country is a condemnation of their elders, not the younger generation.
Don't blame the Boomers for a failed Democratic Institution called The Department of Education that set the standards they then failed to live up to. That is completely on the Dems and the idiots like so many on here who rather be stupid than put forth effort to educate themselves.
Loose/lose???? Dunno but but I am expressing muhseff! Respeck me!
