re: Football Scoop - How certain are you that Jimbo will be LSU's coach

I would say there is zero chance LSU is letting Miles go unless they already have another bird in the hand they are in love with. They know exactly who is going to sign on the dotted line to be the next coach.

First LSU Game/Tailgate at LSU-Arkansas - Tips & Pointers??

Heading to my first SEC game and tailgate this Saturday against Arkansas. I've been to NFL and Pac-12 games before but have a few questions for you folks here...
1) Tailgating is totally new to us as its not something we do in Canada and I'm very excited to experience it at LSU. However, I have no idea how to participate. Do we bring a cooler witb beer and food? I have a friend who is an LSU alum who says you just show up and be social and people will take care of you. Obviously we don't know a soul at the game the expectation of strangers feeding me seems odd, but if that is how it works I am all in.
2) Is there a particular area on campus where most of the tailgating happens?
3) Any major highlights or "must sees" that are part of the LSU game day experience? I definitely want to check out the band coming down Victory Hill, but are there any other staple experiences that we should get on our list?
4) Traffic tips? I am guessing ~120k people getting out of the campus area is a bit rough at the end of a game. We are staying in New Orleans, what's the best way to get in and out campus from Lot 409?
Really appreciate any help you can give to enhance our game day experience. It's unfortunate they lost to Alabama last week, but the bright side is that it will be a night game now and that Arkansas is coming in pretty hot. Should be a great game and can't wait for Saturday!

re: CBS will use six-day option to decide on LSU-ARK or BAMA-MSU

I'd say Bama @ MSU is a much better matchup than this year's Iron Bowl and probably the best SEC game of Week 11.
The Egg Bowl and A&M @ LSU are better games for that week as well. If I had my pick of the litter for broadcasting purposes I'd go with one of those two for Week 13.

I think Uncle Luke hit the nail on the head. Jake Coker has thrown 6 INT's in 4 SEC games this year. Brandon Harris has thrown zero. If LSU can eliminate the big plays and cover well there will be opportunities for turnovers with Coker's decision making. In a game that appears to be this tight I don't think Saban can afford the over on the 1.5 INT's per game and expect to win.
