I'd say bowl the lower deck (rebowl, tear out the old, whatever) throw in some nice garnet seats instead of bleachers, and yes, get rid of the bathrooms there now.
Also, after the university expands towards the river, start expanding down to the stadium along the river. Continue to build more around the stadium and soon enough, both sections will expand enough to be part of campus. The horseshoe would be off campus, but that's going to happen anyways.
The stadium could feel closer to campus if we remapped some of the roads coming in.

Refurbishing/renovating it as a student union would be nice and convenient for the Greeks, Student/Athletes in Lincol650 and people who usually live off campus and who drive in to park. It also housed many of the HRSM classes.
To add, by the time this happens, there will be more dorms and private student housing between the Coliseum and the river.
Then, we need to tear down all of the houses by the baseball stadium and build a new football stadium by the river.

We said yes.

re: Outside looking in I have a question

Optimistically hopefully while being prepared for disappointment. Not because of Muschamp, but because this year absolutely nothing has gone our way.
re: Has your team ever had a coach that ran your program into the ground?

A few of times....
SOS (did good things beforehand)
Holtz (Always mediocre)
Fat Brad (Always sucked at football, great at Ketchup commercials)
and others...

He followed up Lattimore, Clowney, and Shaw with terrible recruiting classes.

A serious question. Was talking to my step-dad, and he said all signs point to Muschamp being announce between today and Monday. So, why still interviewing?
To make Will look more desirable. He could potentially be the guy we need but the fan base will not be excited for his hire until he names an all star staff.
Also read "Limiting Expectations."

It's not his personality, it's how he bailed on UT after he created the bad situation with sanctions. USC can't afford a coach like that. At the very least, Will can recruit and for four years kept a clean program.

Rich Rod is the bottom of the barrel. Tanner will go down with that ship.

If this hire doesn't work out Tanner's head needs to roll. Anyone else get the feeling that we are dangerously close to dropping the ball and settling?

What's up with aTm making fun of kids with illnesses that will probably end their life? Pretty classless from the grand ole state of Texas.

SC had the worst year. Program is about as ruined as Ole Miss in 2007.

lol. Herman is either our guy, or staying put and playing roulette with the Texas job. Those are the two options.
