Your boss already turned you down for a raise. If you have done the research and like the new firm. Walk in tomorrow and turn in your 2 weeks. When they ask why tell them you have a better offer. When they ask how much do not comment. If they do not offer you more than the new offer walk. My humble opinion. Like they told you but really did not tell you it is business. You are making a business decision that is all it is. It is up to them to know what the market rate for your position is and if they are not willing to pay that then move on. Somebody above you at your current firm is making bank because you are underpaid and laughing all the way to the bank. Good Luck!

Major issue is the fees that they charge. Really a minor issue to figure out how to get to the host directly to cut out the fees!
3 year contract 30 mil guaranteed 10 mil a year renews for 3 years automatically after every 11 plus win season.

I have an LLC that leases the property from the Land owner. I am the only member of the LLC. The people I allow to hunt pay for a membership only to hunt on the land. They are not members of the LLC. They sign a Hold harmless when they pay their dues that is most likely not worth the paper it is written on releasing the LLC and the landowner from any responsibility if they get hurt on the property. If you have allowed your hunters to be a member of the LLC that leases the land you may have a problem stoping them from hunting on the land. It can be difficult to remove people from an LLC without their consent.
Saltwater corrodes the pumps is the excuse that they use, but yet we have salt water pool pumps… The second excuse is the salt water kills the vegetation and trees. So they would rather just let it all burn to the ground! :banghead:

The list goes on and on.

I always tell them you called me and know the house etc. and you have 10 seconds to make a offer if I hear any other word come out of your mouth I will hang up. That usually ends the call and stops the calls for a good 6 months.
