Am I the only one high on Alex Golesh? I think you go after Lane first, maybe someone like Clark Lea second, and worst case go after Golesh. All have pros and cons. The less you spend on a coach more you can spend on surrounding staff and NIL but we know by now the main guy is the most important piece of the puzzle.

I have a post on the SEC rant titled “If Saban retired this year.” I tried posting on it to refresh it but it didn’t. Go read it for some great laughs.

I thought Saban was “just one of the pieces.”

I think all three heisman winners should have statues side by side. Keep Billy in the middle, Burrow to one side passing (or doing his infamous ring me pose), and Jayden in tucking and running in his elusive gazelle like stance.

What are the chances he becomes the next AD for Bama? Or do you think he’d just fully retire?

Hypothetically, let’s say he wins the natty and decided to retire after this season. Regardless of who his replacement would be, how many kids do you think would transfer?

I’m not trying to troll but I feel like a lot of bama’s talent stems from other states and without Saban there I feel like a lot of kids especially with NIL and the portal now would transfer. Just curious what it would take to keep the majority of them there and the wheels on the wagon.

We’re so close, once we get the lead we can’t let off steam either. Gotta go full speed ahead until the trophy selection.
