Laid 9 pallets of emerald zoysia a little over 3 weeks ago, should I treat with pre- emergent?
Grass seems to be doing well. I did lay starter fertilizer out when I sodded. Watering daily still. It is starting to green up slowly but appears mostly dormant still.

I have 3 hens and a rooster and was contemplating doing the same thing. Was planning on sprinkling the soiled bedding onto the top of my garden’s mulch and seeing how it does

Just had a 18’ x 33’ oval above ground pool that is all 54” deep with vinyl liner installed and I am now looking to purchase an automatic vacuum for it.

My coonass family have a separate pot with a concentrated spice & water mixture. They boil the crawfish in only water and salt, then lift the basket out and place the basket with the crawfish in the spiced water for seasoning. They leave the crawfish in the spice mixture longer for spicier crawfish. Then dump crawfish in ice chest.
This method worked well for boiling a large amounts of crawfish because we did not have to change out the boil water after 3 or 4 boiled like you would with the regular method.
