I quit cold about 3 years ago. I just kept telling myself that I did without for 10 weeks in boot camp. Physically and mentally your body will try and make you give in to nicotine. After 72 hours it is suppose to be a mental addiction so just stay strong. Plan on gaining about 10-15 pounds.

Are lawyers, doctors and CPA's attcked by pitbulls and criminals as part of the job? Do police officers get paid as much as lwayers, doctors and CPA's?
I have always wanted a motorcycle since I was a child. I watched "The Great Escape" and was hooked. Unfortunately it is one of the most douche bag hobbies to have (full faced helmet or not). Either its crotch rocket tools or middle aged white dudes that want to feel like they are part of something. The stupid arse biker wave is just as bad as the jeep wave. Thanks for ruining it for me.
