If you’re in Pass Christian, I highly recommend Hook Gulf Coast Cuisine. Great fresh seafood.
They played at The Wharf in Orange Beach Saturday. He struggled to get through the concert. Felt bad for him. He sang the hit songs as best he could.
Another big day for ASTS today!

I know of one in Clinton area. I thought it happened in 1990, but I could be wrong about the year.
Grand Isle was actually in Orleans Parish when there were 12 parishes. Jefferson, St. Bernard and Plaquemines were formed from the original Orleans Parish.

The Zapp’s plant in Gramercy was damaged by Hurricane Ida. The chips are being made at a plant in Florida. Could be the reason they taste different.

The growth I’ve made in the last 5 years dwarfs the growth I’ve made in the 40 before that. Maturity, financial, content ness, career, everything. I’m definitely a late bloomer.

Same for me. 5 years ago I broke out of my comfort zone. Took a chance, it paid off. It made me a better person in all aspects of my life. I’m personally just in a much better place now.
They will probably be under a boil water advisory until the plants are running on normal power. Doesn’t necessarily mean the water isn’t good. I think that is Dept. Health requirement.
Anyone try the Slap Ya Mama Bloody Mary mix?
I usually use Zing Zang.
I want to replace my vinyl with hardy board. I can’t get rid of wasps with vinyl.
Go try to find a case of pig skin right now. It’s been hard to find lately. I’m sure the price is up.

If you have a good title and good surveys, the burden is on him to prove your survey is wrong.

When the property was subdivided, was it approved by the planning commission and recorded in your parishes clerk of courts office? If it wasn’t recorded, go record the survey.

It’s up to him to prove your survey is wrong. He should get a attorney to take to court if there is a boundary dispute that the two of you can’t agree on. Then he can take you to court, both of you can have a judge decide who on the boundary dispute.

Look for a good land and title attorney your area to represent you. Preferably someone older that maybe familiar with the area.
