I know Tre Bryant really well and trust me he is not scared of competition. He told my younger cousin countless times that Mizzou wanted him for positions other than RB and Bryant wanted to stay at RB. I saw that article, never once did Tre Bryant say he was promised playing time.. the article specifically said " KSU said they will play the best players, I like that, it shows that KSU gives every player a fair shot". Not once did he say he wanted to be the only RB or already have a spot saved for him... I'm a Mizzou fan but because I know Tre Bryant personally it sounds like you guys are just trying to justify Bryant chooses KSU over Miz by making it seem like he is scared of competition... Like KSU is small football... They are a top 25 team year in and year out just like Mizzou

My younger cousin is a player on CBC's football team and he told me that Tre Bryant said Mizzou wanted him as DB or Slot. Bryant stated several times that he preferred RB. I honestly think it just wasn't the right offer for him, he wanted to stay at RB. Thats why he didn't go to Syracuse

247Sports has him as a 4-Star on their individual rankings and #1 in Missouri. But 247 also has a composite ranking where they combine the rankings from rivals, scout, their own, and espn. So in 247's opinion, Tre Bryant is a 4-star, but when they combine other websites in the mix, he drops down to a 3 star. Here is the link- LINK

Yeah I noticed that, same with AJ. Taylor. Those two would only get like 10-12 carries a game but score like 2-3 times and have 100+ yards. That's how you know they are on a good team. I missed the state championship game between the two programs though(RockhurstvsCBC).
Tre Bryant just got invited to The Opening tonight. This kid is really about to blow up, only the best of the best get invited to The Opening... I suspect Mizzou to pull out all of the stops now. This kid is the definition of underrated, that's why I like him so much. Rivals has him as a 2star but he keeps making a name for himself. He is the PERFECT fit for Mizzou! LINK
Yeah I wouldn't say we are slow playing him either STL_MIZ. Via Brian austin Tre Bryant has visited missouri at least 3 times already, maybe more. I just think it shouldn't be this hard to land an instate kid with the amount of success Miz has had in the SEC... THE SEC!!
I've been trying to bring his name up in this forum as well. This kid is the real deal, getting the second highest sparq rating in the COUNTRY is not a small matter..

Do you think the amount of RB's we signed last recruiting class has something to do with them not committing yet? We have Marquise Doherty, RB from Lee Summitt West, Chase Abbington, and possibly the RB from ESL, Nate Strong... Looking at those numbers I can see why Taylor and Bryant would look elsewhere, purely based on Playing Time

Your statement is perfect! At the end of the day, its their decision whether they stay home or not. Mizzou is definitely not where we want to be so if a player is getting recruited by Bama, FSU, etc. What does Mizzou have to offer other than being their home state team? Honestly nothing... Just being real. I'm a Mizzou fan but its the truth. Talking bad about this prospect or that prospect doesn't help anything. How about you go donate money to the football program so we can match these top teams in the Facilities. :rolleyes:
Tre Bryant was at the Spring Game. He recently name K-State as his #1 on his list though. I still have him committing to us.

They put his basketball ranking in for football. He is strictly basketball but did play for the central hawks last season for football. He is NOT a 4* FOOTBALL recruit. He is a 4* BASKETBALL recruit.
