Yep but you know the demographics are different SE LC so there won’t be an outcry for lack of grocery stores out there. SE LC will only continue to grow more rapidly than most any other place in LC but there isn’t the resources put towards that area.

I hope Simien can continue building on what Hunter has established. I’m all for giving him a shot. LC needs to continue expanding growth like we’ve seen the last 10 years.

It’s official Simien wins with 52% of the vote. I know these Spring elections have terrible turnouts, but 14k total votes is embarrassing for a mayoral election. That’s less than a 20% turnout

Yeah I heard that also which is more likely. The ringing in the ears was too much for him, from what I was told.

Yeah I heard that story recently. Boring died a few years ago but I only heard of the story around the time the election was coming around. Funny how ridiculous rumors get started for someone else’s political gain. Hunter has done a great job battling 2 hurricane and covid. LC is the best it’s been since I can recall.

I love Gruden but he knows the boxes are coming in and he does homework. He has a couple barstool guys that work for him exclusively, they probably have a cheat sheet for him on alumni for each school.

First and foremost I feel very bad for Greg Brooks Jr and hope he can live a normal life. But his dad Greg Brooks Sr has changed the story many times. He’s claiming Kelly never called or visited but that’s all been proving false. Kelly has visited him and called him on different occasions. Also screw Ryan Clark, he is just talking for clicks and using the same university that changed his life and propelled him to a successful professional career in which he can have his social media platform.

They’ve lost 3 straight series and they’ve only won 1 SEC series against a ranked opponent. They are 5-7 the last 12 games played. Heck they are lucky they are still top 10
