Although Kanno is my go-to, I've been to Horinoya a few times and it's always been solid. If you're into fancy rolls and trendy crap it is not the place for you. Here's what I recommend:
Ankimo (steamed monkfish liver)
Hamachi Kama (grilled yellowtail neck)
Tarakasuzuke (grilled black cod)
Nuta Ae (seafood salad)

Gotta admit, I am really surprised at how poorly they did. Nebraska's class turned out to be pretty decent despite the Pelini firing, and Mike Riley doesn't have anywhere near the name value of Harbaugh

Had the best banh mi I've ever had, and the best chicken curry I've ever had, this past Saturday morning at Dang's (aka Pho Dang, Cafe Dang). Their pho is solid, too. They have ascended into my citywide Top 5...

Yes, Brady has won four Super Bowls. The problem is, he's also lost two. Montana and Bradshaw won their four in four appearances. It'll be hard for anyone to ever be better than Joe Montana was, in my eyes.

I don't use breadcrumbs when chargrilling. I use the dragos recipe of salted butter, garlic, and a little oregano. Grill over the flames (key) and sprinkle with shredded Parm as they are cooking.

Last time I went I had the butterfish and it was great. Pretty much anything you get is guaranteed to be good. Just read the descriptions of each dish and order whatever sounds appealing to you.
