Forza is a trash game, and just cause you get one every year doesn’t make it great. Quality over quantity. GT7 is truly gonna show the power of next gen, and ps5 is where you’ll want to be.

Decided to go back to my mixed program from Greg Nuckols 28 program spreadsheet. It’a sort of a 5/3/1 setup with Bench 3x a week, Squats and Deadlifts 2x a week.
I really wanna focus on improving my Bench.
It was my first time doing 5s in about a month, and I was feeling it today on squats
BP 185 5x5
Squats 275 5x5 315x1
Close Grip BP 145 3x10
DB Curls 35 3x10.

The new canon Thrawn novels are excellent, and Chaos Rising was much better than Treason. I can’t wait for the second novel in the second trilogy.

Gonna start AtS2.0 again next week. I saw some good progress off of it, and the first few weeks are hypertrophy work.

I can’t believe they named dropped Thrawn as well, I bet he shows up as a teaser in the last episode. If Thrawn shows up that means Ezra is out there as well.

My other acct was banned for trolling the poliboard pre-election. Just stopping by to say that I did my second meet last Sunday.
I went 8/9 on my lifts, and my total ended up being 1012lbs. My goal was 1000lbs, so I'm happy with how the day went.
My 3rd Attempts were 346lbs on Squat, 237lbs on Bench, and 429lbs on Deadlifts. Next goal is an 1100 total.

Well they did just pass a law making animal cruelty a crime against humanity, so the punishment may be pretty severe if they are ever brought to trial.
