You didn’t see a black panther because they don’t exist.
One Bermuda isn’t going to choke out another. They will always be there. Royal txd generally has a better look than Yukon. The current top seed is Monaco though.
A seeded bermuda is going to be common bermuda. Just about every single sodded yard is going to be a hybrid. If the seed takes then your lawn will look off as hybrid and common look different.
Is the rest of your lawn common Bermuda? Just asking in case there is a difference in appearance

Just has a heads up Xtra has halosulfuron which kills your sedges but they removed the dicamba which is a big contributor to doveweed control.

Dale Brown had a house in that neighborhood. I loved the feel of it. Nice trees, curved roads, ponds, kids playing. No idea what it’s like now but I’d assume good.

re: Is a reel mower worth it?

Yes, we are planting the superior full sun grass that doesn’t get grey leaf spot, take all root rot, grows by stolons and rhizomes, is drought tolerant, is wear tolerant, brown patch resistant , recovers quicker, is more forgiving, and overall has less issues. Then yes, we do spray plant growth regulator to reduce vertical growth but increases lateral growth therefore increasing turf density so that I don’t have to worry about pre emergents.

Celsius is the go to. MSM works as well. One thing I always take into account is strength of mix. Label rate Celsius works better than label rate msm. MSM is much cheaper and more widely used. Homeowner Mr Joe mixes label rate plus a dash extra of msm and declares it the winner.

Fusilade II and recognition will kill bermuda and Dallisgrass in St Aug. Bermuda is superior if in full sun though.
Are you really this dumb or are you trying very hard?

You’ll have to mow 3 times a week but it will be emerald in color.

I’ll put 46-0-0 on my tif 3 weeks apart at 4lbs of total product thousand. It’s hard to mess up a hybrid.

Your smaller places vary greatly. Some go super cheap to try to get customers and some go high to cover costs. The larger companies have more stable prices due to our buying power.

About $200. That would be fert, spot weed control, lawn damaging insect and disease control if needed.
I would trust a retard to replace my transmission more than I would trust your take on baseball.
You just come to a point where you don’t want to be around black people.
