I burned my yard and it came in quickly. I did a 3 oz rate of specticle in the spring, half rate of 33-3-6 after the burn, full rate two weeks ago, will do a half rate today ahead of 8,000lbs of sand Friday. After the bermuda pokes through iron/primomaxx combo.

I'd wait another couple weeks before you apply the pgr. FEature and sedgehammer are ok though.

Centipede is not a fast grower so using high N fert is a waste. If they put it out at 2lbs per thousand it wouldn't be too high but you'd get ineffective coverage. If they put it out at 4 then yes, that would be a heavy application.
