His first meal and his first deal!!
Shough em’ Shough em’

Chargrilled are for tourists and children. If he wants to win the people over he has to slurp em off the half shell like a real baw. It’ll help him put a little hair on his chest also. We can’t afford anymore collar bone snaps.

There’s a time and place to fall in line. There’s a time an place to break the “rules”.

Shedeur made his bed. If he keeps up this “me vs the world” attitude it won’t work.
Wasn’t the first draft prank call, wasn’t the only prank call this draft, it won’t be the last prank call. But it might be the only prank call that costs $350,000 and makes nation headlines

Doesn't matter he will likely be released on June 2nd.

Carr still has a 2025 cap hit of $20,462,000. If they cut him today, it would cost an extra $39,208,000 to pay Carr to go away. Trading him right now would cost an additional $37,953,000. If the Saints wait until after June 1 to move on, releasing Carr would not save any money in 2025 (they'd break even), while punting a cap hit of $59,670,000 in dead money onto the books for 2026. Trading him after June 1 would save just $1,255,000 this year while leaving behind that same $59.67 million hit on the 2026 salary cap.

$60 million dollar cap hit in 2026. frick that. Take away his uniform and make him stand on the sideline in his normal street clothes. I’m imagining a really tight V neck, jeans from buckle, and tons of eyeliner

I heard Tripplet describe it as a refurbishing of our roster, but others have decried that we didn't get anybody that is a for sure day 1 starter, outside of Banks.

One draft isn’t going to completely refurbish your roster. Here’s some perspective..

quote:

On average, NFL teams find around 1-2 long-term starters per draft, with the majority coming from the first three rounds. While the first round is considered the "starter round", it's also where the highest percentage of drafted players are expected to make an NFL roster

This is why some people were against using pick 40 on a QB. QB hit rates drop significantly after day 1 but there were still very good odds of us finding a long term starter at another position.

Ehhh he’s 5’5. He needs to see more pitches and get on base. The hits will come

:rotflmao: You're the most openly racist poster i've seen on TD.
He underestimated how much easier it is to win at LSU than bum arse USCe

You're such a ignorant frick

Sorry i ruined the image of your precious goat. You gonna take his poster off your wall? It’s gonna be ok man

LINK

Such a pathetic apology. Spineless.
quote:

the right to express yourself

The red on the flag represents every single person who died for us to be here. If people want to protest the flag or anthem because of racism then go for it. It makes them look stupid and ignorant. I could care less. But Drew is not ignorant, he understood what he was saying and he backed down because he was scared of losing his precious football

quote:

He also had teammates express to him that they were hurt by his words.

Oh booo hoooo. Drew didn’t say anything wrong. He knows he didn’t say anything wrong. Everyone on planet earth knows he didn’t say anything wrong. He knows it was all bullshite but he gave in anyway. Spin it how you want. I don’t play pretend

They also must’ve taken the full video down. Nvm found it.. LINK Where he gives context to his upbringing and mentions his grandfathers service. He had also made similar comments 3 years before that LINK

I mean how could you possibly say anything more positive and unifying than this? And then he threw it all away out of fear.
quote:

I'm curious what you think he did.

He was asked in an interview about kneeling during the anthem. He said disagrees with it because he had two grandfathers who served in WWII and he views the flag as a symbol of those who fought for our country not the government. Then the wokies got on Twitter an blasted him for it. And then drew folded like a lawn chair within 5 minutes. How could anyone respect that? Because he’s good at throwing a football? Drew is nothing without that flag. He’s nothing without his grandfathers who fought for it.
quote:

You have an issue with people kneeling?

He bowed down to the woke mob like a little spineless bitch. There was absolutely zero reason he should’ve had to apologize for what he said. Instead of holding his ground he gave into the pressures of MT, DD, lebron James and his wife. A complete disgrace to his grandfathers who both served in WWII.
Delete your Facebook dumbass. Problem solved. You better give me an update in 2-3 months. I just saved your life
Mostly nothing if I’m by myself. Sometimes 104.5. Peace and quiet is underrated
quote:

just last month Moore told us how much he admires Carr and can’t wait to coach him. Either he lied or is clueless on how to read a room

He also said his strategy was to take BPA and then if it was between two players of equal caliber he would consider team needs. Which just turned out to be a flat out lie. I understand there’s a time and place for coaches speak but holy shite it’s 2025 now, transparency is the new cool. Just tell us you have very specific guys that you’re trying to target based on fit. We were told he’s this super versatile coach who wanted the best talent and he would fit his scheme around his players strengths, then he drafts a very underwhelming cookie cutter, low graded qb.

This whole draft stinks of Mickey

Yep BK is a joke too.

Serious question : I hate the idea of any QB you draft almost. Was there one outside of Dart or Ward you would take? Excluding them because they were off the board.

I wasn’t a huge fan of any of them including Ward or Dart. I liked Milroe just because I felt like there was really low risk/high reward. He either develops as a passer or he doesn’t and you can easily move on from him and even keep him as a versatile athlete. But that was mostly before the Carr BS. Milroe needs time to sit and develop. But also I think there’s a world where Milroe could run a simple offense and make an immediate impact right away. I admit I’m a biased Milroe fan because everytime I watched him he nuked defenses. But realistically Milroe was not a value at 40. 70 at best.

Honorable mention goes to Will Howard. I watched a lot of Gruden’s camp and he was by far the best personality on there. I always thought he was a good playmaker but he seemed like douche. It completely changed my opinion of him.
