Yeah. I saw it lthis summer. It;s great. They sound really good. It's basically that album plus a one song encore. So, don't expect to hear anything off their other albums if that's what you want.
That's Cedric Glover - former mayor of Shreveport

This is a crazy story. She was a teacher so it doesn't seem like there would be any conspiracy reason to murder her. Maybe the fiance?
I have a couple. Athens GA Inside/out helped me find some great new artists just as I was getting into REM.

The Sire records Just say... series which was released in the late 80s and early 90s. Awesome collection of music from some little known artists combined with some rarities from more well known artists.

example:

Depeche Mode - Never Let Me Down Again [Split Mix]
Echo & the Bunnymen - Lips Like Sugar [12" Mix]
The Mighty Lemon Drops - Out of Hand [Extended Version]
James - Ya-Ho
The Smiths - Work Is a Four-Letter Word
Figures on a Beach - No Stars
The Wild Swans - Young Manhood
Ice-T - Somebody Gotta Do It (Pimpin' Ain't Easy!) [Remix]
The Ramones - I Wanna Live
The Replacements - Can't Hardly Wait
Throwing Muses - A Feeling
Aztec Camera - How Men Are
The Casual Gods - Cherokee Chief
Erasure - Hideaway [Little Louie Vega Mix]
Love that song. But what would you consider to be Ween's biggest hit?

If you don't have any luck with the schools, you may want to check with these folks.

Agreed. It wasn't just push play on the laptop.

Has anyone seen them on their current tour? I'm not an EDM guy but I went to see them in Boulder Saturday night and was absolujtely blown away by their show. I liked the music. They incorporated some live instruments and the visuals and lights were incredible. I was very impressed.

Denver is an exception. There are definitely lots of rough streets there but MLK is a really nice area.
In Shreveport, it's Clanton St. The post office suspended mail delivery to houses on this street because of danger.

Agreed. He plays a lot of stuff. Even some old whiskeytown songs. I saw him about a year and a half ago. He improvised a song about me. lol
Here's what I'd like to know while the others in this thread are wailing and bemoaning the steady decline of our society.

Were these signs useful - meaning are they at intersections that could be considered dangerous and a driver performing a u turn would significantly increase accidents.

If so, then this is incredibly irresponsible for the city council to remove them just for the purpose of clout with the community or whatever.

If that's not the case and they are basically symbolic, what does this change for the gay people in that area? How does it improve their quality of life at all?

Bottom line is that it's either an increased danger or a wasteful display with absolutely no real value.
