How is it not first degree? He brought a knife with him = premeditation. Unless, the knife was incidently sitting on the sandwich table in the tent and he grabbed it while reacting in the heat of the moment.
I'm not sure what defines premeditation but by just bringing a weapon with you meets the criteria? I don't know if he could get convicted on first but seems pretty solid for second degree.

How is this not second degree murder?

There is obviously a grand conspiracy within big grocery to deny these neighborhoods nutritional resources. Their dedication to the cause is immense as they bear the financial burden in lieu of the vast profits they would assuredly rake in with these locations.
Kidding about the vast food desert of NBR is not only racist but sickening. The disenfranchised people lack easy access to fruits and vegetables required to sustain a successful life. It's pure white privilege to be able to purchase bell peppers without giving a second thought to our friends north of Florida Blvd.

This is a solid option but one potential downside is many people claim that running two SIMs at the same time destroys battery life. I have no idea if it is just when the two sims are from different networks or what. In this situation, getting an eSIM from an MVNO on the same network as the primary service might be beneficial.
I see no issue with running two sims in regard to battery life on an iphone 15. if you don't want a second work phone then get a second sim.

Marcus Smith has to be nervous. Does he invest in Bristol and rip the concrete out and put in asphalt while reconfiguring the track back to how it was when Dale rattled cages? The last lap bump in runs we saw so many times are a thing of the past with this car. I would hate to see this track pulled from the schedule due to the crappy product but as Dale Jr mentioned on his podcast it is a possibility.

Now calling 911 for you kid drowning in a pool is going to difficult for the officer to “reasonably articulate” the homeowner was involved in a crime. I’m no lawyer but the City and PD are looking at getting buttfricked it court.
Why were cops dispatched instead of an ambulance?
