re: Griffin Herring still dealing

Had full command and control. Low and away or up and in, he was a master of it. It’s nice to have the 95+ fastball but if you work every edge and level of the zone, you can be lethal without the 95+ fastball.
Saying this is pretty ridiculous after Jay took 2 of 3. If you’re trolling, go somewhere else.

I’d normally agree but last night, in 6 innings, they had one hit and basically couldn’t touch the pitcher. I agreed with trying to bunt it to score Milam. The execution of the bunt was the problem. If it’s laid down more towards third and preferably a deader bunt, they probably pull it off.
Yeah, I miss Hawthorne, he was legendary in my opinion. Chris is good at just calling the game but in an intense moment like this, he’s just average.
Well, when it’s Tennessee, that says everything. Gotta love putting it to them in that fashion, like ripping the heart out of Cora and Miami at the World Series. There’s certain teams you love to hate and Tennessee is one of them.

He said at 290 “other” programs, just not at LSU. That means, there’s a shite ton of talent at LSU and he’s a good player but just not as good day in and day out as his other teammates. A lot of y’all have a preconceived notion and won’t let yourselves comprehend nor accept what he’s saying. He didn’t win a championship here by mere luck, this guy is legit. He has done a phenomenal job of roster management and portal to bring in phenomenal amounts of talent. His talent assessment in the portal has been excellent, therefore I trust his gut feeling and decision making. Do y’all think he did a great job of pinch hitting Larson the other night which ignited their comeback with a 3 run shot? That takes guts to bring him in struggling but look what he did.
Overall Frey did good last night ( his last 2 at bats ) but looked bad in his first 2 at bats. The pitcher threw the same exact pitches and order of the pitches between the first and second at bats and he never picked up on that.
Pretty good player in the portal.

So, you get this guy open looks and a good volume of shots to find out if he can keep up that pace. Too many coaches nowadays miss out on pure shooters being integral contributors because they don’t implement sets within the offense to run them off screens for open looks.

Yeah, I like him.

He's obviously struggling but I think Jay is putting him out there and showing he believes in him and to get him battle tested. I actually think it may be nerves more than mechanics. The guy has some really good stuff, he just needs the experience and Jay is giving it to him. It will benefit the team in the long run.
Lol, they not crying because of their school chant being mocked, it's because some careers and player's seasons have come to an end. Need to learn about the competition of sports and the emotions of women.
What good is a reliable arm in the pen if you bring him in to a 4-5 run deficit?
The southland conference is a shite show, there aren’t too many good teams in the conference. There’s a couple teams that play in a bona fide high school gym.

Everybody knows all of this already and yet people still are obsessing over it years later. Wade is never going back to LSU, not as long as Woodward is there. Start focusing your attention on another coach that could bring LSU back to relevancy.
With a username like choupique, that comment should have been hilarious to you, lol.
All the people wanting Wade back isn't getting that. There's no way the guy who fired him will hire him back.

May not want to count out Schmidt before it’s over.
