So far he has hired a top 10 football coach and locked him up to a contract that was going to keep him here for a long time, he brought home the peoples choice for basketball who was also extremely qualified with sweet 16 and elite 8 appearances as a head coach and then hired a top 15 head coach for football with 3 previous BCS appearances. While doing that he has brought our support facilities out of the Stone Age and to a level where we can finally go toe to toe with the elite in the conference on the level.

If Bielema continues to lose and is still here in 5-7 years then you would have a legitimate gripe. However, he hasn't shown yet that he is afraid to fire a coach that isn't getting it done.
