U trashy
Loud breathing at graduations, church, training classes etc.

It drives me insane. And the fact that I’m not supposed to be mad at them because it’s not their fault, makes me even more mad.
Your post appears to have many opportunities for improvement.
It’s painfully obvious when people overcompensate alpha traits.

It just makes you look pathetic and self conscious

The ol’ reach out for a handshake then pull your colleague in to you somewhat knocking them off balance immediately making them feel inferior

Colleague thinks you’re a flamer trying to get too close. Makes you seem inferior and clingy.

The wide split at the urinal causing the next guy to stand with his feet together feeling inferior

Makes you look like a short Manlet. Guy next to you towering over your inferior stature.

The eye stare while your colleague is talking causing him to look down or away and feel uncomfortable

Colleague thinks you’re wanting to connect emotionally. He looks away to show he has no interest

So sell me on Gulf Shores? Similar to orange beach?

Basically the same. Gulf Shores has more public beach. Orange beach has more top of the line condos

I believe IWS on the Westbank sells FRC.

Academy also sells a small selection of FRC

You can work in plants, finance, maritime, construction, offshore, etc.

Finance is the only one of these that would actually hire someone that’s already obese.

The obese folks that work these jobs weren’t obese when they were hired.

But you definitely missed a few.. sales, education, hospitality, IT, engineering, service, HR etc
The richest ones are the ones who work for companies that care about work/life balance.

Our schedule is hard to beat when there is no overtime.

Some plants averaging 200-300hrs OT a year per operator(optimal imo)

Some plants forcing everyone to work 1000+ hrs.

Just depends on the companies culture and hiring habits.

So, is being ingnorant about everything else in the world a requirement to be an operator?

Will a major like ExxonMobil hire me as one of the top 20 applicants out of 2000 if I don’t come off as ignorant in my interview??

Or, is that ignorance acquired from working the job??
I’m not even going to entertain this stupidity.

You clearly don’t know anything about operations
quote:

I’m thinking of going to be a production supervisor at a plant on the river. What can I expect? From what it sounds like everyone is a retard there. Operators and supervisors alike.

If you’re not currently a supervisor in the chemical/refining industry you’re in for a rude awakening
