Ive been watching it like a kid watching for Santa. Over the last 10 years it has been as early as 5/15 and as late as 5/30. I looked at my draw history for those dates, so it should be any day.

We always made camp in concordia.
Mainly deer hunted in republic, cloud, and washington.
Turkey hunted from concordia all the way to the MO state line and into NE, IA, and MO. So if you want some info let me know. Its been a couple years because ive hunted CO the last couple years

The guy asked for help. Some are willing to give it…..others want to be a prick and post to deter or try to say how awesome of a hunter they are behind a keyboard.
Ill put my out of state public land bow kills up against anyone. Its not a brag or chest beater. Just trying to help a fellow outdoorsman out.

My group has killed 5 bucks out of 1 tree and 4 out of another over a 5 year period.

Percy quin state park in mccomb. You could get a cabin for the weekend and practice your long range there.
I regularly shoot 100yds in my yard. I use a black hole 18”x18” to shoot that distance. I have a 8” circle on. The only reason to practice that far is to make 50 seem like a chip shot. It does great to stop arrows at that distance.
Good luck. If you cant find anywhere, and want to come to mccomb, we can shoot in my yard one afternoon.

I dont think he is a mlb threat. He had some mid major offers but per his dad was holding out for a bigger school so was content with PRCC. Said he needed to get to 92-93 to get bigger schools to look at him. His little brother and my son have played against each other since 5yo

Wanting to reestablish dogwood trees

Blight killed most of if not all dogwoods in pike county mississippi 20+ years ago. You still see them in other parts of the state. Anyone had luck with reestablishing these? Such a beautiful tree to not get to enjoy

2018 f150 reg cab swb 4x4 5.0. 35” tire
2019 F150 crew cab 4x4 3.5l. 33” tire
2022 f150 extra cab 2.7 2wd. Factory tires
5.0 sounds the best. Seems to have most power/pulling. Worst mpg 17.2mpg
3.5 is fast. Excellent get up and go. Most fun to drive 18.1mpg
2.7 does great riding/cruising. Not as much speed/go. 22 mpg until you hook small trailer and 4 wheeler and it tanks
Would definitely go 3.5 unless you are wanted to mod out/build a V8
