This is the first thing that popped in my head reading this. Lol
Clint picking up the hand cannon for one last Dirty Harry movie would be hilarious.

I kid, I know he probably couldn’t do it.
There are 2 types of umpires.
1. Honestly trying to make the correct call, a strike is a pitch that goes over the plate…in the strike zone as explained in the rulebook.
2. Dumbasses ate up with stupid “unwritten rule “ umpire culture bullshite. A strike call is when the pitcher hits the spot where the catcher sets up….has absolutely nothing to do with the strike zone as defined in the rulebook. Zone changes on his stubborn whims. The reason umpires are inconsistent.

Most umpires are type 2.
Baseball would be so much better with robo umps.
Go into settings/tv provider and uncheck espn. There is a licensing glitch. After you do that you have to jump through the hoops but it works.

re: Burbank Walmart…my goodness.

The Walmart on Pines road in Shreveport should have a probation and parole office substation inside of it. Legendary Bad.
This purely a historical hypothetical:
What if the NCAA talked the nfl into allowing high school players to enter the draft after high school? …before all this genie/bottle business. Wanna play for $, take a chance. They also must find nil deals on their own. No school is allowed to take part in player contracts. Would that have slowed this down a little?
The article linked explains that teams are using the money before a future ruling will change how these transactions will take place. Sounds like a spend it now while you can scenario.
I don’t know how long it’s been since you have been there, but it isn’t at all the same place. Old regs and employees such as myself now refer to it as “noblebees”.
Calling it now..he will play for Colorado his second season. Lol

Early enrollees

Is everyone who signs today an early enrollee?
Is there a list of players expected to sign today/ players who are expected to sign in February?
Thanks.
The rewatch of episode 1 is brutal.
The fact that they were real people with loads of historical evidence put good pressure on the producers of this. I love stuff that has additional reading. Very unique production parameters. I really enjoyed it but totally understand the hate that some of the family members have for it. Complicated isn’t a good enough word. Profoundly unique. This will have effects on future questionable subject matter.
Did Michigan have “elite” talent last season?
No.
They had a team full of 4th and 5th year seniors.
No matter how much some players and other people try to make college football the NFL it isn’t going to happen.
Texas A+M
Ole Miss
Now Michigan.
Some guys in that locker room are thinking some very destructive thoughts right now.
My $ is on that crashing and burning just like history has demonstrated.

Geez. You beat me by minutes. Your post is better lol
Started watching this today and finished it.
Absolutely outstanding.
Irish Republican Army story based on nonfictional book. I’ve always been interested in the subject but had no knowledge.
Alot of young actors are going to spring board off this thing.
Hunter Bullard ‘93
Dinardo didn’t believe in caucasian skill position players.
Dude was a badass.
Mark Walker (todds brother) was a punter for LSU. Got one blocked against Bama in 94 or 95 I think.
A little off the subject but anyway.. in 98 on a wild hair I bought tickets to Nebraska vs. Louisiana Tech. I had alot of guys I grew up with on Tech’s football team. We made a road trip out of it and had alot of fun. Nebraska fans won me over that weekend. They were friendly, engaging, and full of class. It was Solich’s first game and was a great experience. Even back in ‘98 Nebraska had a board displaying stats for all positions updated play by play. (Ahead of its time) It made keeping up with Rattay and Edwards more entertaining. I hope a home and home gets scheduled with you guys soon so I can make a return trip.

re: On field celebration question.

Played out is the perfect description. Why do the same celebration that 14 other guys did…in the first quarter alone?
