Areas to stay away from?
We have been to visit the sites but never stayed in town.
We will be doing the downtown area Saturday afternoon.

Flew back from Europe last year. Milan airport was quiet and peaceful. When we hit Atlanta and it was like an animal house. Wanted to turn around and go back.

Same thing happened in WW2. They were getting tens and hundreds of thousands of men captured in the early part of the german offensive. Yet at the end of the war they had 3 million men on the door step of Berlin....

I think it is getting worse by the day. At some point Ukraine is going to crack. It may not be over run but I think they will give up some big areas.
