LSU spent a lot of money in the portal They have to see the guy who is worth spending even more on in the spring The safety from Houston seems to be the only guy I have seen that would be a for sure starter Can’t get them if they have a spot they want to go already

Yep that is the word by scholars now. The wording left open a gap between Benedict and Peter the Roman.

This isn’t going anywhere. Passed by a slim margin. The. Needs 2/3 of both houses and then people vote. It won’t get 2/3 of both houses. It is just politics and the dems playing to their base.

The thought by some is revenue sharing is coming, so this is the last year of the heavy need for nil, so teams are over spending. The thought is it will reign in about when they can pay with revenue sharing and supplements nil. Will that really happen, I doubt it.
I only got to see the last half inning of the game. But wow that was a tight zone to Cowan.

Buyout too high. Haven’t invested in program to attract anyone. So give him 1 more year. Ramp up nil money. So he either does better or he fails and the job looks a bit more attractive to another coach.

I guess Reed is the only one we know for sure that is staying.

We also have Miller, Nwoko, Reed, Collins plus the frehsman who are all above 6'6.
So 5 of our 13 are for 2 positions.

fascination with guidry is he is a guy who has performed in the SEC for the previous 2 years. Last year a 2.59 era. Yes, we have guys with potential to be great and better than Guidry, he has come in the last 2 years and been solid out of the pen.
Currenlty we can count on Evans and Cowan to be consistent out of the pen. Rizy has had some good moments, but we need more then 3 guys. When Guidry's curve is on, he is good. And he has that attitude you want from a reliever.
So not sure why we wouldn't want a guy back who had a better era through a full year then almost all of our current staff.

I would. But only as a backup. If they feel she is good enough to back up someone and then take over junior year. Now does she want to be a 15 minute backup.
