When I was clean shaven, I would shave in the shower, which helped a lot. Get the razor nice and hot, get your face nice and lathered up. Always stay on top of having a sharp bladeset on your razor.
Circuit Troubleshooting - Disposal/Dishwasher

TL;DR: Disposal stopped working, wire hot to the outlet. Switched out the outlet, now no hot to the outlet and dishwasher (separate outlet and breaker) is now without power.
So of course this happens 2 weeks after we finished a full kitchen remodel, and I'm dreading the possibility of invasive electrical repair, so figured I'd ask to see if there are any tips before an electrician comes out:
Disposal turned on during dinner cleanup the other night just fine, ran for about 3 seconds, then died. I flipped the switch on and off several times, nothing. Checked the breaker, it's good. Crawl under the sink and test the incoming hot from the switch, it's reading hot, so figured a quick GFI swap and I should be good to go.
Spliced some new wires to give me some slack, swapped out the GFI, no issue. Flip the switch to test, nothing. Incoming hot is no longer hot. Then I look over and notice the lights on the dishwasher are not on. The weird thing is I didn't mess with that outlet at all, can't even see it. It's also on it's own dedicated breaker, which was not tripped.
Does anyone have any idea how I can go about troubleshooting this issue? The other switch in the same box as the disposal is still turning the light on/off just fine, and I'm kind of at a loss.
Any insight or tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated, because I'm almost to the point that I want to run new wire for independent dishwasher/disposal from the basement panel spares!

Makar is a stallion obviously gifted on the defensive side but can also provide offense when it's needed, it's really hard to overlook him as the most dominant defensive player in the west right now, maybe even the league. He's exactly who you'd want on the ice playing as many minutes as possible

I'll start riding my bike to pick up kiddo from daycare when it costs over $100 to fill up my F150. Currently only at $81 without fuel points, which I always use.

I got the standard 2-dose back in May 2021 and refuse to boost. I just got the rona on Wednesday and honestly, I'm more annoyed than sick.
