re: FX: Fargo season 5 starts Tuesday Nov. 21

The most anticlimactic ending to a season yet but easily one of if not the best. I expected Ole Munch to shatter the glass bottle, lunge for Dot and then we have our fight to the end but part of me wondered if if they would go with a redemption and happy ending out of left field and they did….with Bisquick… :dunno:
Would of been nice to see Gator a year later

Rumor going around that a Disney World clone will be in the game. Imagine the fun mowing down Rickey Rat, Garry Goose, YouTube vloggers and 400lb obese people in scooters eating churros down Main Street in a Buick.
Fun I would have to imagine, I would feel horrible.

G1 is my GOAT for cartoons
G1 Optimus Prime is my GOAT for a cartoon character. Peter Cullen is a national treasure.
Out on Paramount+ so I finally check this out after Bumblebee restored my faith with the G1 callbacks. 20 minutes in and Prime is pretty much back to being a homicidal a-hole so I turn it off. It’s just 1994 Bayformers. Why is Mirage not Jazz??????!!

Some rumblings going about that Don Felder will be asked to play on the tour and the only reason I would give it any chance of that happening would be if Walsh convinces Henley to allow it. If Frey was still alive there would be zero chance.
Walsh and Felder were very tight but they seemed to have had a falling out now as well according to reports so I don’t see it happening myself.
At least they have a chance to do a final tour unlike Fleetwood Mac.

Dukes of Hazzard just to be Daisy’s fling for a adventure with a ride in the General Lee and jump over Hazzard Ravine…I’d cease to exist the following week never to be seen or heard from again but man….

The most amazing thing about the Bucee’s in Alabama is that there is no way to clean your windshield. They have a thousand pumps and anything else you can imagine, but not this most basic of amenities. It blows the mind.
Also $2.00 for air. Air costs more than a large bag of ice there.

The Buc-ees in Alabama are located in Athens, Leeds, Auburn, and Robertsdale/ Loxley (the busiest/ craziest one). There are no Buc-ees in Foley or Birmingham.
Leeds is pretty much Birmingham. The city limits is literally a half mile down on I-20.

The very first one built in Leeds just outside Birmingham says hi…
The Loxley location was just poorly designed for the exit it’s at. Executives underestimated the amount of beach traffic and probably should have bought more land than they did. They had to build the parking lot just for the employees across the road shortly after opening. I come in from the west on CR-68 and enter in the back and can get out in about 15 minutes. Inside is usually fine except on weekends and peak summer. The new one Auburn is well designed for traffic. Football Saturday’s will be interesting to see how good it truly is.

Peggy Hill has been dethroned for sure…until the KotH revival comes out.

Weird that he didn’t want his kid to learn baseball, too.
I immediately assumed it was because it would involve getting out in public. With all the Amazon packages and online church services it appears Barry has never left the home in years other than going over to the neighbor.
Definitely a transition episode to set up Barry coming back to LA for one last hit or two on Hippie Fonz and Hank.

Chrono Trigger…then never release a proper sequel to it.

84-94 WWF was my #1 passion as a child over cartoons besides Transformers. Gorilla and The Brain were my favorite duo in the booth. So these are fantastic and I love he’s keeping them in character but “off camera.”

“WILL YOU STOP”!
Not really as he’s been dead for 20 years obviously. Done by AI voice generator. The material makes it more amusing than the spot on voices of him and Heenan.

re: Favorite YouTube Guitar Pages

Andy Demos is my longest favorite back when he was a ProGuitarShop.com employee. He got very sick apparently and his video content had gotten sparse as of late.
That Pedal Show with Mick and Dan is either tremendous or incredibly dull and dragged out depending on the subject. Not the best historians or demo guys and they mostly dismiss anything that’s not a vintage guitar, high end expensive tube amp or boutique pedal. But they’re good enough to keep me coming back. Dan sold me his GigRig Quartermaster switcher years ago and its everything they make it out to be. The G2/G3 stuff is far too complicated for me.
Andertons. Don’t miss the Chappers and The Captain era. Started off great but Chapman thought he got too big for it and appears to be a con artist unfortunately according to some. Capt Lee with Danish Pete are far better now.
Zak Childs (Ask Zak) always has nice quiet historical videos.
Rick Beato has been mentioned. Always good. Rhett Shull as well.
60 Cycle Hum has gotten stale. Needs a reboot with new things besides wacky guitars, gated spaceship noises and surfy reverb content. I get that’s his passion but…
The JHS Show is either good with the dry humor and history episodes or they go way too overbearing with “it’s all the same no matter the cost” and Josh’s addiction to have every single piece of guitar related merchandise on the planet.
Justin Sandercoe(Justin Guitar) is great for any beginner learning to play.
And for a particular thing…Gilmourish. Bjorn has the best David Gilmour resource guide out there.

Damn my frizzy curly hair when I was younger. Couldn’t pull the Gilmour look off if I tried. Unfortunately I’m beginning to pull off current day Gilmour quite easily.

Both. Saw one during the Saints game last night.
Dave Herman just voice acts full time now I believe. He didn't act much back in the day anyway. I think he lives in Texas and records from there. I know he was pretty active on Bob’s Burgers.

And I forgot to mention in the OP, get Mike Judge to actually do it first and foremost. Maybe with Beavis and Butthead going again and rumors of King of the Hill returning, maybe he’ll dig up all his successful projects from the grave. Stephen Root only does things for Judge and the Coen Brothers so I guess that’s why Milton wasn’t in it. Missed opportunity to have him actually shopping in Walmart and bothering everyone looking for the stapler to buy.
